Voluntary Flexible Working Arrangements. CSL recognises the importance of flexible work options in maintaining a diverse, adaptive and high performing work force able to meet current and future operational needs. Flexible working arrangements can help employees balance the changing demands of work and personal life. An employee may request to access any of the flexible work arrangements outlined in this clause. Approval of flexible working arrangements will depend on operational requirements and individual needs.
