YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS. (a) By signing up for Verified by Visa, you authorize us to retain certain information about you, your credit cards and debit cards. You authorize us to obtain from certain third parties selected by us, including consumer credit bureaus and other consumer reporting agencies, information about you, your credit cards and debit cards, to use in connection with Verified by Visa. You authorize us to use and retain this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Section 6 below). Your information will be associated with a unique identifier for you (your credit card or debit card number and your name).
(b) You agree to (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by Verified by Visa's registration form (Registration Data), and (ii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any Registration Data that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that your Registration Data is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse your current or future use of Verified by Visa.

Krux is protected under Canadian copyright, patent and trade-xxxx xxxx and other laws of Canada and other nations. Other than the Data itself, the KruxTM Software are the exclusive property of Krux. Except as otherwise explicitly provided in these Terms, you may not copy, sell, license, transfer, publish, reproduce, modify, display, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, adapt, translate, transmit, arrange, bundle, sublicense, export, merge, loan, rent, lease, assign, share, outsource, host, distribute in any way, prepare derivative works based on, re-post, make available to any person or otherwise use, either directly or indirectly, the Krux Software or Services, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means whatsoever, be they physical, electronic or otherwise, for any public or commercial purpose, without the prior written consent of Krux. You shall not permit, allow or do anything that would infringe or otherwise prejudice the proprietary rights of Krux or allow any third party to access the Krux Software or Services. The restrictions set out herein shall not apply to the limited extent the restrictions are prohibited by applicable law. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, offensive, not current or incomplete, or the County has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, offensive, not current or incomplete, the County has the right to do any or all of the following; delete the information, suspend or terminate your account, and refuse any and all current or future use of the CountyClick 311 App services (or any portion thereof).

You have the responsibility to safeguard your own login credentials, and are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS. In consideration of your use of the SERVICES, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when prompted by a SERVICE registration form (such information being the "REGISTRATION DATA") and (b) maintain and promptly update the REGISTRATION DATA to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Plymouth Rocket has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Plymouth Rocket has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the SERVICES (or any portion thereof). All CLIENTS must be at least 18 years of age.

In consideration of your use of The Exchange, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about your company (“Registration Data”), as prompted by IHN, and (b) maintain and promptly update this Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS. You may be required to register with Arrow in order to access and use certain features and services. If you choose to register, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself. Organizers must register using their true identities including their name, address and any image or video purporting to depict their goal. You agree to keep registration information current and up to date. In order to contribute, a Contributor will be required to provide Arrow information regarding the Contributor’s credit card or other payment instrument (“Payment Instrument”). You, as a Contributor, represent and warrant to Arrow that such information is true, current and accurate and that you are authorized to use the applicable Payment Instrument. You agree that a certain minimum contribution amount may apply, and that all contributions are final and will not be refunded unless Arrow, in its sole discretion, agrees to issue a refund, for example in accordance with its Refund Policy. Xxxxx uses third-party payment processing partners to bill you through your Payment Instrument for any contributions made, and contributors acknowledge that by contributing to a Community Goal, you agree to the processing, use, transfer or disclosure of data by the Payment Processors pursuant to these Terms of Service as well as any and all applicable terms set forth by our payment partners.
YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS. By completing the Services registration for uploading and accessing Student Records, you and/or the Institution represent that you and the Institution are eligible to do so under the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”) or any successor legislation. Upon registration with the GreenLight service, students, alumni, authorized agents, employees of academic institutions and 3rd Party Users will become Registered Users. Registered Users agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about themselves as prompted by the applicable registration form and maintain and promptly update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Institutions and their approved Registered Users agree to upload and provide true, accurate, current, and complete Student Records about its students and/or alumni. Institutions and their Registered Users further agree to maintain and promptly update student and alumni Student Records in order to maintain the truth, accuracy and completeness of same. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if GreenLight has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, GreenLight reserves the right to suspend, terminate or delete your account or information including Student Records and refuse any and all current or future use of all or any of the Services.
