Duplicative Coverage. This applies to married County employees and employees in domestic partnerships who are both employed by the County. The intent of this Section limits County employees who are married or in a domestic partnership from both covering each other within the same health plan. Married County employees and employees in domestic partnerships who are both employed by the County, shall be entitled to one choice from the following list of health plan coverages:

Married County employees and employees in domestic partnerships, both employed by the County may choose one option from the following list of medical plans:

The intent of this section limits AHS employees who are married or in a domestic partnership from both covering each other within the same health plan. Married AHS employees and employees in domestic partnerships, both employed by AHS, shall be entitled to one (1) choice from plans offered through AHS.
Duplicative Coverage. The intent of this section limits County employees who are married or in a Domestic Partnership from both covering each other within the same Dental plan. Married County employees and employees in Domestic Partnerships (as defined in Appendix C), both employed by the County, shall be entitled to one choice from the following list of Dental plan coverages:
Duplicative Coverage. This subsection applies to married County employees and employees in domestic partnerships (as defined in Appendix B) who are both employed by the County. The intent of this subsection limits County employees who are married or in domestic partnerships from both covering each other within the same dental plan. Married County employees or employees in domestic partnerships, both employed by the County, shall be entitled to elect one (1) choice from the following list of dental plan coverages, if available during the annual Open Enrollment period:
Duplicative Coverage. This subsection applies to married employees and employees in domestic partnerships (as defined in Appendix B - Domestic Partners) and employees in parent-young adult dependent (“YAD”) relationships where the YAD employee is under age 26, when both parties are employed by the County. The intent of this subsection is to limit County employees from both covering each other or having duplicate coverage within the same medical plan. Married County employees and employees in domestic partnerships, who are both employed by the County, shall be entitled to one (1) choice from the following list of medical plan options:
Duplicative Coverage. AHS shall not provide duplicate coverage to married/domestic partnership employees. Share the savings will be a flat $250 per month for opting out of the health plan altogether. Employees will be able to opt out of the Dental Plan as well for $20 per month; again, they would have to opt completely out. Married couples or domestic partners who both work for AHS will not be eligible for either share the savings or double health and/or dental coverage.
Duplicative Coverage. Married employees and domestic partners, both employed by the Court , shall be entitled to up to one family membership and one employee only membership or participation in the Share the Savings program. Employees who have medical insurance coverage outside the Court may elect to participate in Share the Savings. If an employee verifies other coverage and elects no coverage through the Court medical plans, the employee is eligible for the following stipends: STIPENDS
