ATTENDANCE INCENTIVE POLICY. At the beginning of each School Year, an Employees' first six (6) days, combination of Sick Days and/or Personal Days, shall be worth $200.00/day for the purpose of this Incentive. The balance of the six ( 6) days, unused at the end of the School Year, shall be paid to the Employee at the last June Pay at a rate of $200.00 times the remaining days (remaining/unused of the six (6). Employees participating in the Sick Leave Bank shall be ineligible for the Attendance Incentive until the total number of days borrowed has been restored to the Bank. (Effective July 1st, 2017) *The Board and Association agree that if the "New" Incentive does not significantly reduce the number of "Used" Sick Days, the Attendance Incentive Policy will simply revert back to the previous version.

ATTENDANCE INCENTIVE POLICY a. EMPLOYEES WHO WORK TWELVE (12) MONTHS: Each twelve (12) month employee will be entitled to a semi-annual attendance bonus of two (2) vacation days when they do not miss a day of work, including use of sick leave and personal leave, or unpaid days. Use of vacation leave is excluded from determining attendance bonus eligibility. i. First semi-annual term: July 1-December 31. ii. Second semi-annual term: January 1-June 30. iii. If at least eight (8) employees meet the requirements and receive the attendance bonus for both semi-annual terms such employees will receive one (1) additional vacation day. iv. Attendance bonus pay shall be granted no later than the second pay following the end of each semi-annual term. b. EMPLOYEES WHO WORK LESS THAN TWELVE (12) MONTHS: Employees who work less than twelve (12) months are entitled to the attendance bonus as set forth, when they do not miss a day of work per quarter, including sick leave, personal leave and unpaid days. Quarter 1 begins August 1 and ends at the end of the first grading period. Quarters two (2) three (3) and four (4) will follow the grading periods. ATTENDANCE INCENTIVE POLICY. Employees who have accumulated 70 or more sick leave days shall receive a one-time attendance incentive in accordance with Schedule I. Employees who have accrued less than 70 sick leave days shall receive a one-time attendance incentive in accordance with Schedule II. The attendance incentive shall be calculated by counting the employee's cumulative absences due to usage of sick leave, personal leave and emergency leave. SCHEDULE I For employees who have accumulated 70 or more sick leave days. $130 for O absences current year. $120 for not more than 1 absence current year. $110 for not more than 2 absences current year. $100 for not more than 3 absences current year.

  • Attendance Incentive It is the desire of both the Employer and the Union to provide consistent quality bus service for all students. It is also a mutual desire to have qualified permanent District bus drivers available to drive all identified bus routes. Based on this mutual interest, the parties agree to this Attendance Incentive program during the life of the Agreement:

  • Attendance Incentive Program In January of the year following any year in which a minimum of sixty (60) days of leave for illness or injury is accrued, and each January thereafter, any eligible employee may exercise an option to receive remuneration for unused leave for illness or injury accumulated in the previous year at a rate equal to one (1) day of monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days of accrued leave for illness or injury in excess of sixty (60) days. Leave for illness or injury for which compensation has been received shall be deducted from accrued leave for illness or injury at the rate of four (4) days for every one (1) day of monetary compensation; provided, however, no employee shall receive compensation under this section for any portion of leave for illness or injury accumulated at a rate in excess of one (1) day per month. At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death an eligible employee or the employee's estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to one (1) day of current monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days accrued leave for illness or injury. The provisions of this section shall be administered in accordance with state law and applicable state rules and regulations. Should the legislature revoke any benefits granted under this section, no affected employee shall be entitled thereafter to receive such benefits as matter of contractual right.

  • Attendance Bonus Employees are eligible for an attendance bonus when every shift is satisfactorily worked throughout the monthly schedule period and no changes are requested in the schedule by the employee except for trading shifts as provided for in Article 13.4.4 or utilizing unpaid union leave. To qualify, a minimum of 130 compensated hours must have been worked during the qualifying period. The bonus will be an additional twenty-five ($0.25) per hour on only the hours worked in the qualifying period.

  • Performance Incentives As a bonus, to supplement Assistant Coach’s compensation, as set out herein, the University agrees to pay the following sums upon attainment of each specified goal, provided the Program is in compliance with all Governing Athletics Rules and University Rules, and there are no pending or active NCAA or __________ Conference investigations or major violations of which Assistant Coach knew or should have known.   • Performance Incentive 4.10.1 If the Seller delivers Coal to the Purchaser in excess of ninety percent (90%) of the ACQ in a particular Year, the Purchaser shall pay the Seller an incentive (“Performance Incentive”/ “PI”), to be determined as follows: PI = P x Additional Deliveries x Multiplier Where: PI = The Performance Incentive payable by the Purchaser to the Seller P = The Base Price of Highest Grade, as shown in Schedule II Additional Deliveries = Quantity [in tonnes] of Coal delivered by the Seller in the relevant Year in excess of 90% of the ACQ. Multiplier shall be 0.15 for Additional Deliveries between 90%-95% of ACQ and 0.30 for Additional Deliveries in excess of 95% of ACQ. 4.10.2 With respect to part of a Year in which the term of this Agreement begins or ends, the relevant quantities in Clause 4.10.1, except the Multiplier, shall apply pro-rata. 4.10.3 Within thirty (30) days of expiry of a Year, the Seller shall submit an invoice to the Purchaser with respect to the PI payable in terms of Clause 4.10.1 and the Purchaser shall pay the amount so due within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the invoice. In the event of non-payment of PI by the due date, the Seller shall have the right to suspend Coal supplies without absolving the Purchaser of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Long-Term Incentive Compensation Subject to the Executive’s continued employment hereunder, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in any equity incentive plan for executives of the Firm as may be in effect from time to time, in accordance with the terms of any such plan.

  • Annual Incentive The Employee shall be entitled to receive a percentage of the Employee's Target Incentive for the calendar year in which such termination occurs. Such percentage shall equal a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the number of days in such calendar year up to and including the date of such termination and the denominator of which shall be the number of days in such calendar year. Such amount shall be payable according to the normal practice of the Company with respect to the payment of bonuses.

  • Annual Incentive Compensation Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual bonus (“Annual Bonus”) with respect to each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period. The Annual Bonus shall be determined under the 2006 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the “Omnibus Plan”) or such other annual incentive plan maintained by the Company for similarly situated employees that the Company designates, in its sole discretion (any such plan, the “Bonus Plan”), in accordance with the terms of such plan as in effect from time to time. For each such fiscal year, Executive shall be eligible to earn a target Annual Bonus equal to seventy percent (70%) of Executive’s Base Salary for such fiscal year, if the Company achieves the target performance goals established by the Board for such fiscal year in accordance with the terms of the Bonus Plan. If the Company does not achieve the threshold performance goals established by the Board for a fiscal year, Executive shall not be entitled to receive an Annual Bonus for such fiscal year. If the Company exceeds the target performance goals established by the Board for a fiscal year, Executive may be entitled to earn an additional Annual Bonus for such year in accordance with the terms of the applicable Bonus Plan. The Annual Bonus for each year shall be payable at the same time as bonuses are paid to other senior executives of the Company in accordance with the terms of the applicable Bonus Plan, but in no event later than two and a half (21/2) months following the end of the applicable fiscal year in which such Annual Bonus was earned. Executive shall be entitled to receive any Annual Bonus that becomes payable in a lump-sum cash payment, or, at his election, (A) up to fifty percent (50%) of the Annual Bonus in the form of a grant of restricted stock units of Common Stock (as defined below) or (B) in any form that the Board generally makes available to the Company’s executive management team, provided that any such election is made by Executive in compliance with Section 409A of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Annual Incentive Plan Executive shall be entitled to participate fully in the Company's 1996 Management Incentive Compensation Plan, as amended (the "MICP"), and as may be further amended, modified, or replaced, from time to time, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and therein.

  • Sick Leave Incentive The City will institute a sick leave incentive based on the usage of the bargaining unit; further, the City will pay each person who qualifies during January of each year. The incentive will be calculated and monitored by the Personnel Department and will be based on the pay periods during a calendar year. The incentive shall be awarded only when the bargaining unit's average sick leave usage is less than the City average and the following conditions are met: When the bargaining unit's sick leave usage is greater than forty (40) hours but less than the City average, the City will pay each member using between zero (0) and sixteen (16) hours of sick leave, eight (8) hours pay and any member using more than sixteen (16) but equal to or less than twenty-four (24) hours, four (4) hours pay. When the bargaining unit's average sick leave usage is equal to or less than forty (40) hours, the City will pay each member who used between zero (0) and sixteen (16) hours, sixteen (16) hours of pay at their current hourly rate. Those members who used more than sixteen (16) but equal to or less than twenty-four (24) hours, will receive eight (8) hours of pay.
