Benefits will not exceed the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits.

Automatic Extension of Coverage. This coverage shall be automatically extended for up to 72 hours if, during the period of coverage, the conveyance in which you are riding or are scheduled to ride as a passenger, scheduled to arrive at destination during the period of coverage, is delayed due to circumstances beyond your control.
Automatic Extension of Coverage. If a Covered Person is confined in a Hospital on the date the 95 day coverage period ends, coverage will continue until discharge from the Hospital. Claims must be supported by documented proof. The following services and supplies are available to Covered Persons who, while vacationing or travelling outside their province of residence, incur health care expenses as a result of a Medical Emergency or require other Emergency Assistance Services as described in this coverage. • Land ambulance to the nearest qualified medical facility. • Air ambulance - the cost of air evacuation (including a medical attendant when necessary) between Hospitals and for Hospital admission into Canada when approved in advance by your Provincial Health Plan or to the nearest qualified medical facility. $300 per incident for the services of a duly Licensed, Certified or Registered physiotherapist, chiropractor, chiropodist, podiatrist or osteopath, including X-rays. The following emergency assistance services are available to a Covered Person, provided arrangements are made through OTIP Travel Assistance. • OTIP Travel Assistance communicates to the Covered Person that they should immediately return to their province of residence for immediate medical attention, Reimbursement will be made for the extra cost incurred for the purchase of a one-way economy airfare, plus the additional economy airfare if required to accommodate a stretcher, to return the Covered Person and one additional Covered Person, by the most direct route to the major air terminal nearest the departure point in your province of residence.   • Conditions to Initial Extension of Credit The agreement of each Lender to make the initial extension of credit requested to be made by it is subject to the satisfaction, prior to or concurrently with the making of such extension of credit on the Closing Date, of the following conditions precedent:

General Laws §. 27-19.1, if your employment is terminated due to one of the following reason, your healthcare coverage may be continued, provided that you continue to pay the applicable premiums. • Involuntary layoff or death; • The workplace ceasing to exist; or • Permanent reduction in size of the workforce. The period of this continuation will be for up to eighteen (18) months from your termination date, but not to exceed the period of continuous employment preceding termination with your employer. The continuation period will end for any person covered under your policy on the date the person becomes employed by another group and is eligible for benefits under that group’s plan.

In addition, on the Maturity Date of each Non-Extending Lender, the Borrowers shall prepay any Revolving Credit Loans outstanding on such date (and pay any additional amounts required pursuant to Section 3.05) to the extent necessary to keep outstanding Revolving Credit Loans ratable with any revised Applicable Percentages of the respective Lenders effective as of such date.

  • Conditions Precedent to Each Extension of Credit The obligation of each Lender, the Swingline Bank and each LC Issuing Bank, as applicable, to make each Extension of Credit to be made by it hereunder (other than in connection with any Borrowing that would not increase the aggregate principal amount of Advances outstanding immediately prior to the making of such Borrowing) shall be subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 3.01 and on the date of such Borrowing: (a) The following statements shall be true (and each of the giving of the applicable Notice of Borrowing and the acceptance by the applicable Borrower of the proceeds of any such Extension of Credit shall constitute a representation and warranty by such Borrower that on the date of such Extension of Credit such statements are true): (i) The representations and warranties of such Borrower contained in Section 4.01 (other than the representation and warranty in Section 4.01(e) and the representation and warranty set forth in the last sentence of Section 4.01(f)) are true and correct in all material respects on and as of the date of such Extension of Credit, before and after giving effect to such Extension of Credit and to the application of the proceeds therefrom, as though made on and as of such date, and (ii) No event has occurred and is continuing with respect to such Borrower, or would result from such Extension of Credit or from the application of the proceeds therefrom, that constitutes a Default. (b) The Administrative Agent shall have received such other approvals, opinions or documents as any Lender or LC Issuing Bank through the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.

  • Conditions Precedent to the Initial Extension of Credit The obligation of each Lender to make the initial extensions of credit provided for hereunder is subject to the fulfillment, to the satisfaction of Agent and each Lender, of each of the conditions precedent set forth on Schedule 3.1 to this Agreement (the making of such initial extensions of credit by a Lender being conclusively deemed to be its satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent).
