Bonding Leave. 78.1 An employee, other than a casual employee, is entitled to five days paid bonding leave and up to five days paid personal leave for bonding purposes, at the time of the birth or adoption of a child by the domestic partner.
78.2 Where an employee’s domestic partner is also an employee, this leave may be taken concurrently with the domestic partner receiving paid maternity or paid primary care giver’s leave.

F18.1.1 Bond with their newborn child, adopted child or a child for whom the employee’s domestic partner has commenced a primary care giving role under a permanent caring arrangement.
F18.1.2 Support the protection of the family and children under the Human Rights Act 2004.
Bonding Leave. 12.9.5.1.1 Eligible employees shall receive forty (40) hours of paid Bonding Leave for the birth or adoption of a child. Bonding Leave may be used within one year of the birth or adoption of a child.
Bonding Leave. Absence without pay or eligibility for other benefits for a period of up to two (2) calendar months shall be allowed a teacher at his/her request in event of natural child birth or adoption of a child not yet enrolled in regular classroom instruction.
Bonding Leave. The new Agreement provides more flexibility for the taking of Bonding Leave. Currently, an employee may access two weeks (10 working days) of Bonding leave, followed by one week of Personal Leave for bonding purposes. The initial two weeks, need to be accessed as a single block and the additional Personal Leave must be taken within the first 14 weeks from the birth of the child. The new Agreement will allow the employee to access the leave at any stage within the 14 weeks, as one block or broken in to smaller blocks. There is also an added provision which allows for the 14 week limit to be extended in exceptional circumstances.
Bonding Leave. 26.1 Loan SA recognises the importance of parental bonding during the first few weeks after the birth of a child. Therefore, an Employee whose partner has given birth will be entitled to three (3) weeks Bonding Leave.
26.2 Bonding Leave will be paid leave and, subject to business needs, may be spread over a period of six (6) months from the date of birth of the child.
26.3 Bonding Leave is non-accumulative.
26.4 Repayment provisions in accordance with 26.2 will apply.
26.5 Full-time and part time Employees, who have had a minimum of 12 months continuous service, will be entitled to Bonding Leave.
26.6 Payment will be based on ordinary hours.
26.7 A pro-rata payment will apply for part-time Employees based on average hours worked over the preceding 12 months.
26.8 The period of Bonding Leave will count as service.
Bonding Leave. 8.17.A. The California Family Rights Act (CFRA) authorizes eligible employees to take up to a total of twelve
Bonding Leave. An eligible employee is entitled to 12 weeks of family leave for bonding within one year of the event of the child coming into the household through birth, adoption, receipt of legal guardianship, stepchild, or xxxxxx care. This leave is effective for birth mothers once the employee is no longer disabled due to pregnancy following childbirth. During a Bonding Leave, employees may use PPL and/or vacation, as permitted by corporate policies, or any state-sponsored programs like CA Paid Family Leave.
