Casual List. The Employer agrees to provide the President of the Union with the name, position, department, date of hire and nature of appointment of all casual employees employed by the Employer.
Casual List. The Employer shall provide the Union with a list of employees who are casual. Any questions dealing with casual employee status will be dealt with by the Office Stewards and Management.

If a casual employee is not available three consecutive shifts and is not available the fourth offer, even though they have indicated that they were available on the availability sheet; then the casual Employee’s name will be removed from the Casual list. It is the responsibility of the casual employee to provide their availability and accurate contact information to the Employer. If the casual employee has not been available for one year, their name shall be removed from the Casual list.
Casual List. Casual employees shall accrue seniority on the basis of the hours worked in accumulation for the purpose of job selection, promotion and shift selection only. Such seniority records shall be kept on a separate casual seniority list which shall be subordinate to the regular list.

Casual List. 22.5.1 The Employer will maintain a casual list of qualified Employees. Employees on the casual list may be called upon to replace Employees absent from work for a period of less than three (3) months. Laid-off members who have recall rights are to be called and offered this work before others on the casual list.

Placement of employees in casual positions of greater than one week's duration shall be by a central dispatch following consultation with the as to the requirements of The service list of casual employees will be compiled based on the initial list with the addition of the number of hours worked in bargaining unit positions since January and ranked from most to least. Such list shall be compiled each year as of December By February each year, a copy shall be provided to the President of the Bargaining Unit. By February of each year the Board shall post a copy of the up-to-date service list in all work locations with Members covered by this Agreement. Any question as to the accuracy of the service list must be submitted by the employee to the Executive Officer of Human Resources within thirty (30) working days of the posting of the list. If no discrepancies are found and brought to the attention of the Executive Officer of Human Resources within thirty (30) working days following posting of the list, the list will be deemed to be correct.
