Catch reporting. 1. All Seychelles vessels authorised to fish in EU waters under this Agreement shall communicate their catches to the competent authority of the EU until such time as the Electronic Catch Reporting System (ERS) is implemented by both Parties as referred to in point 5, in the following manner: (a) Seychelles vessels licensed to fish in EU waters shall fill a statement of catch form as set out in Appendix 2 on a daily basis, for each trip they undertake in EU waters. In the absence of catches, the form shall still be filled in. The form shall be filled in legibly and signed by the master of the vessel or his representative. (b) While in EU waters, Seychelles vessels shall report to the competent authority of the EU and the Seychelles, every three (3) days, the information required in the format provided for in Appendix 2, as appropriate. (c) As far as the submission of the statement of catch form referred to in points a) and c) is concerned, the Seychelles vessels shall: — in the case they call into a Seychelles' port, submit the completed form to the Seychelles authorities within five (5) days of arrival, or in any event before they leave port, whichever occurs first, — in any other case, send the completed form to the Seychelles authorities within fourteen (14) days of arrival in any port other than Victoria. (d) Copies of these statement of catch forms must simultaneously be sent to the EU Delegation in Mauritius, within the same time frame as provided for in point 1(b).

Catch reporting. 1. The master shall notify the vessel's catch by submitting to Senegal its fishing logbooks for the period of its presence in the Senegalese fishing zones. 2. Until such time as the electronic fishing data communication system mentioned in point 4 of this Section has been set up, the fishing logbooks shall be transmitted in the following ways: (i) when passing through a Senegalese port, the original of each fishing logbook shall be submitted to the local representative of Senegal, who shall confirm receipt thereof in writing; (ii) when leaving the Senegalese fishing zones without first passing through a Senegalese port, the original of each fishing logbook shall be sent: (a) in scanned form by e-mail, to the address given by Senegal. Senegal shall confirm receipt thereof without delay by return e-mail; or, in exceptional cases, (b) by fax, to the number given by Senegal; or (c) within 14 days of arriving in port, and in any case within 45 days of leaving the Senegalese zone, by post sent to Senegal. 3. The master shall send a copy of all the fishing logbooks to the EU. For tuna vessels, the master shall also send a copy of all the fishing logbooks to one of the following scientific institutes: (i) IRD (Institut de recherche pour le développement); (ii) IEO (Instituto Español de Oceanografía); or (iii) INIAP (Instituto Nacional de Investigação Agrária e das Pescas); as well as to, (iv) CRODT (Centre de Recherche Océanographique de Dakar Thiaroye). 4. The return of the vessel into the Senegalese fishing zone within the period of validity of its fishing authorisation shall give rise to further catch reporting. 5. Where the provisions concerning catch reporting are not complied with, Senegal may suspend the fishing authori­ sation of the vessel concerned until the missing catch report is obtained and penalise the ship owner in accord­ ance with the relevant provisions under the national legislation in force. If the offence is repeated, Senegal may refuse to renew the fishing authorisation. 6. Senegal shall inform the EU without delay of any penalty applied in this context.
Catch reporting. Fishing logbook The master of an EU vessel fishing under the Agreement shall keep a fishing logbook, for which the model for each category of fishing is included in Appendix 3 of this Annex. The fishing logbook shall be completed by the master for each day the vessel is present in the Cape Verde fishing zone. Each day the master shall record in the fishing logbook the quantity of each species, identified by its code alpha 3 of the FAO, caught and kept on board, expressed in kilograms of live weight or, where necessary, the number of individual fish. For each main species, the master shall also mention the bad catch. Where applicable, the master shall also record each day in the fishing logbook the quantities of each species thrown back into the sea, expressed in kilograms of live weight or, where necessary, the number of individual fish. The fishing logbook shall be filled in legibly, in block capitals, and shall be signed by the master. The master shall be responsible for the accuracy of the data recorded in the fishing logbook. Catch reporting The master shall notify the vessel’s catch by submitting to Cape Verde its fishing logbooks for the period of its presence in the Cape Verdean fishing zone. The fishing logbooks shall be transmitted in one of the following ways: (i) when passing through a Cape Verdean port, the original of each fishing logbook shall be submitted to the local representative of Cape Verde, who shall confirm receipt thereof in writing; (ii) when leaving the Cape Verde fishing zone without first passing through a Cape Verdean port, the original of each fishing logbook shall be sent within a period of 14 days after arrival in any other port, and in any case within a period of 30 days after leaving the Cape Verdean zone: (a) by letter sent to Cape Verde; (b) or by fax, to the number given by Cape Verde; (c) or by e-mail. The two Parties shall make every effort to establish a system for reporting catches based on the electronic exchange of all the data. As soon as Cape Verde is able to receive catch declarations by e-mail, the master shall send the fishing logbooks to Cape Verde at the e-mail address given by Cape Verde. Cape Verde shall confirm receipt thereof immediately by return e-mail. The master shall send a copy of all the fishing logbooks to the EU. Catch reporting. Fishing logbook 1. The master of an Union vessel fishing under the Agreement shall keep a fishing logbook, for which the model for each category of fishing is included in Appendix 3 to this Annex. 2. The fishing logbook shall be completed by the master for each day the vessel is present in the Liberian fishing zone. 3. Each day the master shall record in the fishing logbook the quantity of each species, identified by its FAO alpha 3 code, caught and kept on board, expressed in kilograms of live weight or, where necessary, the number of individual fish. For each main species, the master shall also include the bycatch. 4. Where applicable, the master shall also record each day in the fishing logbook: (i) the quantities of each species discarded, expressed in kilograms of live weight or, where necessary, the number of individual fish; (ii) the gear type used; (iii) the noon position of the vessel and, where applicable, the set position of the fishing gear and soak time or the number of hooks and the sea surface temperature; (iv) the total number of hauls per day, aggregate time for each haul and total number of days fished per fishing trip; and (v) such other information as may be decided by the Joint Committee. 5. If no sets were made by a vessel for a particular day, or if a set is made and no fish are caught, the vessel master shall be required to record this information on the daily log sheet form. On days when no fishing operations are conducted, by midnight local time of that day, the vessel must record on the logbook the fact that no operations were conducted. 6. Time and date of entries in and departures from the Liberia fishing zone shall be recorded in the logbook immediately after entry in and departure from the Liberia fishing zone. 7. The fishing logbook shall be filled in legibly, in block capitals, and signed by the master. 8. The master shall be responsible for the accuracy of the data recorded in the fishing logbook. Catch reporting. 2.1. The master shall report the vessel's catch by submitting to the Union of the Comoros its fishing logbooks for the period of its presence in the Union of the Comoros's fishing zone. 2.2. The fishing logbooks shall be transmitted in one of the following ways: i. when passing through a Comorian port, the original of each fishing logbook is to be submitted to the local representative of the Union of the Comoros, who shall confirm receipt thereof in writing; a copy of the logbook is to be handed over to the Union of the Comoros's inspection team; ii. when leaving the fishing zone of the Union of the Comoros without first passing through a Comorian port, the original of each fishing logbook is to be sent within a period of seven working days after arrival in any other port, and in any case within a period of 15 working days after leaving the fishing zone of the Union of the Comoros: — by e-mail, to the e-mail address given by the national body responsible for supervising fishing activities; — or by fax, to the number given by the national body responsible for supervising fishing activities; — or by letter sent to the national body responsible for supervising fishing activities. 2.3. Where the vessel returns into the Union of the Comoros's fishing zone within the period of validity of its fishing licence, a new catch declaration shall be required. 2.4. The master shall send a copy of all the fishing logbooks to the EU Delegation in Mauritius, to the National Fisheries Monitoring and Inspection Centre (NFMCC) and to one of the following scientific institutes: i. Institut de recherche pour le développement (IRD); ii. Instituto Español de Oceanografía (IEO); iii. IPMA (Instituto Português do Mar e da Atmosfèra). 2.5. Where the provisions concerning catch reporting are not complied with, the Union of the Comoros may suspend the fishing licence of the vessel concerned until the missing catch declaration is submitted and penalise the vessel owner in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national legislation in force. If the offence is repeated, the Union of the Comoros may refuse to renew the fishing licence. The Union of the Comoros shall inform the EU immediately of any penalty imposed in this context.
Catch reporting. 1. Definition of the fishing trip For the purposes of this Annex, the duration of a fishing trip by an EU vessel shall be defined as follows: (a) the period elapsing between entering and leaving Madagascar's fishing zone, or (b) the period elapsing between entering Madagascar's fishing zone and a transhipment in port and/or a landing in Madagascar. 2. Fishing logbook The captain of an EU vessel fishing under the Agreement shall keep an IOTC fishing logbook, for which the model for each category of fishing is included in Appendices 6 and 7. The fishing logbook must comply with IOTC resolution 08/04 for longliners and resolution 10/03 for purse seiners. The fishing logbook shall be completed by the captain for each day the vessel is present in the fishing zone of Madagascar. Each day the captain shall record in the fishing logbook the quantity of each species, identified by its 3-alpha code of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), caught and kept on board, expressed in kilograms of live weight or, where necessary, the number of individual fish. For each main species, the captain shall also mention the by-catches and discards. The fishing logbook shall be filled in legibly, in block capitals, and signed by the captain. The captain shall be responsible for the accuracy of the data recorded in the fishing logbook. 3. Catch reporting The captain shall notify the vessel's catch by submitting its fishing logbooks to Madagascar for the period of its presence in Madagascar's fishing zone. The fishing logbooks shall be transmitted in one of the following ways: (a) when passing through a Malagasy port, the original of each fishing logbook shall be submitted to the local representative of Madagascar, who shall confirm receipt thereof in writing; a copy of the logbook shall be handed over to the inspection team in Madagascar; (b) when leaving Madagascar's fishing zone without first passing through a Malagasy port, the original of each fishing logbook shall be sent within a period of seven working days after arrival in any other port, and in any case within a period of fifteen working days after leaving Madagascar's fishing zone: (i) by e-mail, to the e-mail address given by the national body supervising fishing activities; or (ii) by fax, to the number given by the national body supervising fishing activities; or (iii) by letter sent to the national body supervising fishing activities.   • Progress Reporting 5. The IP will submit to UNICEF narrative progress reports against the planned activities contained in the Programme Document, using the PDPR. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing, these reports will be submitted at the end of every Quarter. The final report will be submitted no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the end the Programme and will be provided together with the FACE form.

  • CHILD ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to annually train all staff members, including volunteers, so that they are familiar with and agree to adhere to its own child and dependent adult abuse reporting obligations and procedures as specified in California Penal Code section 11164 et seq. and Education Code 44691. To protect the privacy rights of all parties involved (i.e., reporter, child and alleged abuser), reports will remain confidential as required by law and professional ethical mandates. A written statement acknowledging the legal requirements of such reporting and verification of staff adherence to such reporting shall be submitted to the LEA.

  • Sales Reporting Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. By submitting this proposal, Vendor certifies that Vendor will properly report all TIPS sales. With the exception of TIPS Automated Vendors, who have signed an exclusive agreement with TIPS regarding reporting, all TIPS Sales must be reported to TIPS by either: (1) Emailing the purchase order or similar purchase document (with Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and the TIPS Contract Name and Number included) to TIPS at xxxxxx@xxxx-xxx.xxx with “Confirmation Only” in the subject line of the email within three business days of Vendor’s acceptance of the order, or; (2) Within 3 business days of the order being accepted by Vendor, Vendor must login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and successfully self-report all necessary sale information within the Vendor Portal and confirm that it shows up accurately on your current Vendor Portal statement. No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Failure to report all sales pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion.

  • Regulatory Reporting Ultimus agrees to provide reports to the federal and applicable state authorities, including the SEC, and to the Funds’ Auditors. Applicable state authorities are those governmental agencies located in states in which the Fund is registered to sell shares.

  • Required Vendor Sales Reporting By responding to this Solicitation, you agree to report to TIPS all sales made under any awarded Agreement with TIPS. Vendor is required to report all sales under the TIPS contract to TIPS. If the TIPS Member entity requesting a price from the awarded Vendor requests the TIPS contract, Vendor must include the TIPS Contract number on any communications with the TIPS Member entity.   • Adverse Event Reporting Both Parties acknowledge the obligation to comply with the Protocol and / or applicable regulations governing the collection and reporting of adverse events of which they may become aware during the course of the Clinical Trial. Both Parties agree to fulfil and ensure that their Agents fulfil regulatory requirements with respect to the reporting of adverse events.

  • Additional Reporting Within seven days after the date of this Agreement, the Recipient shall register in XXX.xxx, and thereafter maintain the currency of the information in XXX.xxx until at least October 1, 2022. The Recipient shall review and update such information at least annually after the initial registration, and more frequently if required by changes in the Recipient’s information. The Recipient agrees that this Agreement and information related thereto, including the Maximum Awardable Amount and any executive total compensation reported pursuant to paragraph 38, may be made available to the public through a U.S. Government website, including XXX.xxx.

  • DATA REPORTING a) CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide all data related to student information and billing information with XXX. CONTRACTOR shall agree to provide all data related to any and all sections of this contract and requested by and in the format require by the LEA. CONTRACTOR shall provide the LEA with invoices, attendance reports and progress reports for LEA students enrolled in CONTRACTOR’s NPS/A. b) Using forms developed by the CDE or as otherwise mutually agreed upon by CONTRACTOR and XXX, CONTRACTOR shall provide LEA, on a monthly basis, a written report of all incidents in which a statutory offense is committed by any LEA student, regardless if it results in a disciplinary action of suspension or expulsion. This includes all statutory offenses as described in Education Code sections 48900 and 48915. CONTRACTOR shall also include, in this monthly report, incidents resulting in the use of a behavioral restraint and/or seclusion even if they were not a result of a violation of Education Code sections 48900 and 48915. c) The LEA shall provide the CONTRACTORS with approved forms and/or format for such data including but not limited to invoicing, attendance reports and progress reports. The LEA may approve use of CONTRACTORS-provided forms at their discretion.

  • Management Reporting (a) Provide periodic reports, in accordance with agreed upon frequency and content parameters, to the Funds. As reasonably requested by the Funds, the Transfer Agent shall furnish ad hoc reports to the Funds.
