Compensation for extra shifts. The Compensation for Extra 30 Shift (“CES”) incentive plan will continue in effect for the duration of this 31 Agreement. Under the terms of this plan, a CES differential of $22.00 per hour 1 shall be paid during a shift designated by the Medical Center as a CES eligible 2 shift to any nurse who is eligible for the differential under the terms of the plan.

Compensation for extra shifts. A Compensation for Extra Shift 14 (“CES”) incentive plan will be in effect for the duration of this Agreement. Compensation for extra shifts. Compensation for Extra Shifts (CES) is a mechanism to reimburse regularly scheduled Nurses for working shifts in addition to their regularly scheduled shifts. These extra shifts assist the Hospital during periods of high census, high acuity, and when specialty skills are needed.
