Convention Attendance. The District will pay expenses for attendance at one national convention and one state convention annually, provided funding allows.
Convention Attendance. The Bank shall pay all registration, travel, accommodation and meal expenses for the Employee and his spouse to attend the annual convention of the North Carolina Bankers Association each year.
Convention Attendance. When an employee is required or authorized to attend a convention at the expense of the Society, the Society reserves the right to specify the means and route of travel. The Society agrees to reimburse the employee for any legitimate and reasonable expenses incurred as a direct result thereof, provided that the Society reserves the right to limit the amount of such reimbursement. Accounts of such expenditures shall be submitted within one (1) month of incurrence.
Convention Attendance. A. All coaches/sponsors are encouraged to attend clinics, contests and/or conventions.
B. Attendance at national events will be approved only when clinic sessions are included. The Board will not fund with its resources any national and/or collegiate events that are solely involved with fan participation. Each head varsity coach/sponsor is allocated up to nine hundred dollars ($900.00) for school years 2014-15 and 2015-16; nine hundred fifty dollars ($950.00) for school year 2016-17; and one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for school years 2017-18 and 2018-19. No individual coach/sponsor may attend more than one (1) national event annually.
C. Assistant coaches/sponsors are encouraged to attend as many different clinics/workshops as allocated resources will permit. To that end, each assistant coach/sponsor is allocated up to two hundred dollars ($200.00) for school years 2014-15 and 2015-16; two hundred twenty five dollars ($225.00) for school year 2016-17; and two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for school years 2017-18 and 2018-19 to attend clinics. The respective dollar allocations will be expected to cover all costs related to the travel and trip including transportation, lodging, meals, and registration fees.
D. Only two (2) school business days will be allocated each coach/sponsor per year unless the team, or an individual in the sport/activity is participating. If more than two (2) school days are used, the coach/sponsor will pay substitute costs.
E. Attendance at such events is subject to the approval of the head varsity coach/sponsor, the Athletic Director/Activities Director, the Division Chair, the Principal, and the Superintendent. The "School Business Request" form must be submitted regardless of money allocations and must be received by the Athletic Director/Activities Director at least one (1) week before the event begins.
Convention Attendance. A regional or national convention attendance amount of $3,000 annually will be available for use by members of the Association. The superintendent can approve additional national travel. The Association shall determine a method for choosing annual member attendance. All regional or national convention attendance must receive prior approval by the superintendent. Any unused funds from the annual allocation for regional/national convention attendance will be carried forward to the following year.
Convention Attendance. The time off provisions currently under Convention Attendance Article XXXI, and Union Rights, Article XXXIX shall be consolidated so that subject to staffing needs the amount of time off shall not exceed eight (8) days in the aggregate for Supervisors during any calendar year.

Attendance The Board will provide full pay for up to five (5) days for up to three (3) elected at-large delegates of the Unit upon prior notice to attend the National T.O.P. Conference of the UAW or Constitutional Convention in their respective convention years. No more than one convention or conference in any given year.
Convention Attendance. Requests by coordinators to attend conventions applicable to the school system, plus expenses to be incurred, shall be submitted to the Superintendent, in writing, and through the Superintendent, shall be brought to the attention of the Board. Convention attendance shall be subject to NJDOE regulations.
Convention Attendance. Leave of absence shall be granted, without loss of pay, to two (2) employees annually for the purpose of attending state or national Union Conventions.
A. Employees shall not be assigned to the same working group.
B. Time shall be limited to two (2) shifts for state conventions and up to four (4) shifts for national conventions.
C. Applications for such leave must be in writing and shall clearly set forth the date and location of the convention.
1. Said applications must be submitted four (4) weeks prior to the effective date of the leave.
2. The Chief of the Department may deny a request if operational requirements or the lack of available personnel mandate the attendance of all available firefighters.
Convention Attendance.
