Convention Attendance. The District will pay expenses for attendance at one national convention and one state convention annually, provided funding allows.
Convention Attendance. When an employee is required or authorized to attend a convention at the expense of the Society, the Society reserves the right to specify the means and route of travel. The Society agrees to reimburse the employee for any legitimate and reasonable expenses incurred as a direct result thereof, provided that the Society reserves the right to limit the amount of such reimbursement. Accounts of such expenditures shall be submitted within one (1) month of incurrence.
Convention Attendance. The Bank shall pay all registration, travel, accommodation and meal expenses for the Employee and his spouse to attend the annual convention of the North Carolina Bankers Association each year.
Convention Attendance. A. All coaches/sponsors are encouraged to attend clinics, contests and/or conventions.
Convention Attendance. A regional or national convention attendance amount of $3,000 annually will be available for use by members of the Association. The superintendent can approve additional national travel. The Association shall determine a method for choosing annual member attendance. All regional or national convention attendance must receive prior approval by the superintendent. Any unused funds from the annual allocation for regional/national convention attendance will be carried forward to the following year.
Convention Attendance. The time off provisions currently under Convention Attendance Article XXXI, and Union Rights, Article XXXIX shall be consolidated so that subject to staffing needs the amount of time off shall not exceed eighteen (18) days in the aggregate for non-supervisors during any calendar year.
Convention Attendance. E. In order to encourage employees to participate actively in meetings of local, county, state and national professional organizations, exclusive of any convention of N.E.A. and N.J.E.A., employee expenses incurred in attendance shall be reimbursed as follows:
Convention Attendance. Unless escorted by All-Con Organization Staff, Talent are expected to remain on the hotel property and in convention areas during the convention. Panel Hosting A minimum of one 50-minute “panel” discussion will be lead by the Talent, to be scheduled by convention organizers. Panels should focus on topics the talent is professionally employed around or considered to be an authority in. A 50-minute panel should be planned as 40 to 45 minutes of speaking, followed by 5-10 minutes of questions and answers. Talent is welcome to promote their own venue of products or services the last 5 minutes of the panel. Venue Attendance Talent will be provided a space with a table and chairs with which they may promote themselves and their works, and will be available to be approached at no cost, in a controlled method, by attendees of the convention. This space may also be used by the Talent for the sale of their own merchandise, or services such as signing autographs. Autograph prices are to be set in advance by each individual Talent guest. All revenues generated by Talent guests at their own venue will be retained by the guest. All-Con does not supply any materials, including photographs, for celebrity autograph purposes. Guests are required to bring their own in sufficient supply for the event. Activity Volunteering During the course of the convention, there will be many opportunities for Talent volunteers. (Master of Ceremonies, costume competition judges, live shadow-casting performances; convention program content contributions; etc.) Talent should be approachable to be asked by convention organizers to volunteer for any variety of activities. Talent is not required to accept volunteer requests. Sincere consideration of requests is appreciated.

Convention Attendance. Leave of absence with pay, not to exceed a combined total of six (6) administrators’ days shall be granted the Association representatives in order to attend administrator conventions.
