Disputes and Grievances Procedure. ‌ The Parties agree to use their best endeavours to prevent industrial disputes. However, if a dispute arises then the Parties will attempt to resolve the dispute as quickly as possible and continue to work without interruption or disruption while the dispute is being resolved. No party shall be prejudiced as to final settlement of the dispute by continuance of work under the dispute settlement procedures in this Agreement. It is the intention of the Parties that all disputes arising out of the interpretation or application of this Agreement and any other employment related grievance shall be dealt with: • as close to the source as possible; • as quickly as possible; • without the loss of productive time; and • to finality.
