Early Start. By agreement between the employer and employees, the working day may begin at 6.00 am. Or at any other time between that hour and 8.00 a.m. and the working time will then begin to run from the time so fixed, with a consequential adjustment to the meal break.
Early Start. When an employee begins work two (2) or more hours prior to the start of their regularly scheduled shift , a meal allowance will be provided after the completion of four (4) hours, provided the employee returns to work after the meal.
Early Start. By agreement between the Employer and the Union, an employee may begin work at an earlier hour to accommodate special circumstances. This early start time will remain in effect only as long as the circumstances that warranted the change exists. An early start will not change the length of the shift. No extra compensation will be paid for an earlier starting time and the employee must get approval from the Union. Also ten (10) hour shifts will be considered to accommodate special circumstances at the straight time rate on work performed Monday through Friday.
Early Start. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1.02, JVS may enroll individuals in the Program Tracks beginning on or after the Effective Date but prior to the Service Commencement Date (“Early Participants”). The “Project Period” will cover the period from the start of JVS Services inclusive of Early Participants through the end of the Services Term. Any JVS Services provided to such Early Participants will be provided at JVS’ initial cost and expense, provided that all or a portion of such costs and expenses may be reimbursed from a portion of the capital call as set forth in the Side Letter Agreement. Such Early Participants shall be included in any reports described in Schedule F and shall be included in the measurement of Final Outcomes after the Service Commencement Date.
Early Start. Where an Employee is required to commence work two- and one-half hours or less before Ordinary Hours, it will be regarded as an early start and not as recall as prescribed in sub-clause
Early Start. Any employee starting prior to his regular starting time, and who has been paid overtime rates, shall be paid from his regular starting time, as far as his guaranteed call back and daily guarantee is concerned.
Early Start. 17.11.1 Where it is agreed between the employer, the employees concerned, the working day may begin at 6.00 a.m. or at any other time between 6.00 a.m. and 7.00 a.m., and the ordinary hours shall then begin to run from the time so agreed, with a consequential adjustment to the meal cessation period.
17.11.2 Provided that in Western Australia, by agreement between the employer, the employees concerned, the working day may begin at 5.00 a.m. during the months 1 October to 20 March.
Early Start. 21.1. The provisions of this clause apply to shift changes on a temporary or non-permanent basis.
21.2. An Employee may request to start a shift earlier than the start time specified by Veolia.
21.3. If an Employee requests to start a shift early and the early start results in the Employee working outside the span of Ordinary Hours, overtime or penalty rates will not be payable by Veolia in respect of the hours worked outside the span of Ordinary Hours and such hours will be deemed to be Ordinary Hours for the purposes of this Agreement.
21.4. An Employee's request to start a shift earlier than the start time specified by Veolia must be made in writing to Veolia and written authorisation must be provided by Veolia before the Employee may commence the early start.
21.5. Veolia may at any time revoke its authorisation for an Employee to commence an early start.
21.6. If Veolia requires an Employee to start a shift early and the early start results in the Employee working outside the span of ordinary hours, a 50% loading in lieu of overtime will be paid by Veolia in respect of the first two hours worked and 100% loading for each subsequent hour outside the span of Ordinary Hours.
21.7. Overtime penalty payments will commence 7.6 hours after the commencement of work.
Early Start. An Employee who is required to undertake a regular early start and commence their ordinary hours of work between 3.00am and 6.00am will be paid a 15% loading for all hours worked before 7.00am. Where Council requires an Employee to undertake a roster with at least 4 early starts during a week they will be deemed to be a shift worker.
Early Start. An employee already in the Plant who is asked to commence work early shall be paid the overtime rate for the amount of time prior to his regular shift he begins work, but not less than 2 hours. The Company will not force under this provision. Seniority and qualifications among those available will be considered.
