Eligibility and Enrolment. 2.1 A company may participate in the programme and open a programme account subject to our approval. Card Members may only participate in the programme if their company chooses to enrol their Card Accounts in the programme, subject to our approval. Eligibility requirements will be determined at our sole discretion and may change at any time.
2.2 A programme account cannot be linked to any other programme account. Points cannot be moved between programme accounts irrespective of whether they are operated by the same entity or entities within a corporate group. A programme account also cannot be linked to an Individual Membership Rewards programme account. A Card Account can only be enrolled in either the Corporate Membership Rewards programme or the Individual Membership Rewards programme, but not both. A company that enrols a Card Account in the Corporate Membership Rewards programme, shall not approve the enrolment of that Card Account in the Individual Membership Rewards programme, and vice versa.
2.3 Each programme account will be limited to a single company and must be within a single country and in a single currency.
2.4 Only the following Card products are eligible for participation in the programme: American Express Corporate Gold Card and American Express Corporate Green Card. No other products are eligible for participation in the programme, including, without limitation, Business Travel Account, Corporate Purchasing Card, and Corporate Meeting Card. A company must enrol the Card(s) it wishes to earn points under the Corporate Membership Rewards programme. Enrolment in the programme is not automatic and the company shall notify us and complete all the necessary paperwork for enrolment.
2.5 Only Card Accounts kept in good standing (i.e., not overdue or in collection) are eligible for participation in the programme. We reserve the right not to allocate points with regard to a Card Account that is overdue or where the terms and conditions applicable to such Card Account have been materially breached by you or the Card Member.
2.6 At any time, you must have at least one eligible Card linked to your programme account in order to maintain it. In the event that you no longer have any eligible Cards linked to your programme account, your programme account will terminate with immediate effect.
Eligibility and Enrolment. 2.1 Eligible Card Members, whose eligibility shall be determined and advised by us from time to time (being persons in whose name an Affinity and/or Distribution Card account is opened) may participate in the program subject to our approval. Each account can only be linked to and participate in one eligible program at any one time.
2.2 No Cards or accounts can be linked to the program other than eligible Affinity Cards or Distribution Cards referred to in clause 2.1.
2.3 You may opt to transfer between eligible programs no more than once each enrolment year.
2.4 If you opt to cancel your enrolment in Qantas Direct or transfer from Qantas Direct to another eligible program, then all accrued points in the Qantas Direct program account will be redeemed for Qantas Frequent Flyer points. A new account will be opened for the new eligible program.
2.5 If you opt to transfer from another eligible program to Qantas Direct, then no accrued points in the other eligible program account may be transferred to the Qantas Direct program. Your accrued points will remain in your other program account for 30 days only, and a new program account will be opened for the Qantas Direct program.
2.6 Following a transfer between eligible programs, any difference in the annual fee between those programs will be pro-rated from your transfer date and charged or credited to your primary account. Thereafter, the relevant annual fee for the new eligible program will be billed automatically to your primary account.
2.7 Points earned by any Supplementary Card Members will automatically accrue to your program account only. Supplementary Cards cannot be enrolled in the program separately from your program account.
2.8 Only accounts kept in good standing and which are not overdue are eligible for enrolment and participation in the program.
2.9 Only individual Card Members, not companies, may participate in the program. You cannot pool or combine your points with points accrued by another Card Member.
Eligibility and Enrolment. Each Employee at September 17, 1985, and each Employee hired thereafter, shall join the Retirement Plan on the January 1st coincident with or next following the completion of One Year of Continuous Service, provided he is then an active Employee or is on authorized leave for vacation, jury duty or bereavement and provided that they are not then sixty-five (65) years of age or over.
Eligibility and Enrolment. 4.1 Any person who is enrolled on the Inuit Beneficiaries List pursuant to the provisions of the Xxxxx Bay and Northern Québec Agreement, as amended from time to time, shall be eligible to be enrolled as a beneficiary under this Agreement. For the purposes of determining eligibility under this Agreement, any period during which a person is permanently resident in NISA shall be deemed to be residence in Nunavik.
4.2 In order to be entitled to benefit from this Agreement, a person must be enrolled on the NILCA Enrolment List.
4.3 No person shall be under a legal obligation to be enrolled under this Agreement.
4.4 Any person enrolled under this Agreement, may from time to time, decide to discontinue enrolment and, upon that person's written notice of intention to discontinue enrolment to the Registrar, that person's name shall be removed by the Registrar from the NILCA Enrolment List.
4.5 No persons shall be enrolled at the same time under this Agreement and any other Canadian aboriginal land claims agreement, unless the Nunavik Inuit are party to such other agreement.
4.6 Notwithstanding section 4.5, a person who is enrolled in another Canadian aboriginal land claims agreement and who is otherwise eligible to enrol in this Agreement may enrol in this Agreement for any period during which that person discontinues enrolment in the other land claims agreement.
4.7 On the effective date of this Agreement, Makivik shall designate a person who shall serve as the Registrar for purposes of this Article.
4.8 The Registrar shall establish and maintain the NILCA Enrolment List and enrol thereon the names of all persons who are eligible to be enrolled in accordance with this Article.
4.9 The Registrar shall remove the name of a person listed on the NILCA Enrolment List if that person no longer meets the enrolment requirements pursuant to section 4.1.
4.10 The Registrar shall annually provide a free copy of the NILCA Enrolment List to the Government of Canada and to the Nunavut Government, and make such list available to the public.
4.11 The Registrar shall be responsible for coordinating the enrolment procedures set out in these provisions.
4.12 The Government of Canada shall pay all reasonable costs incurred by the Registrar for the establishment and maintenance of the NILCA Enrolment List until the second anniversary of the effective date of this Agreement.

Eligibility and Enrolment. 1. You are eligible to participate in the Plan after completing your probationary period with the Company. Company portion (Deferred Profit Sharing Plan - DPSP) will begin after one (1) year of continuous service.
2. To participate, you must complete an Enrolment Form authorizing the Company to make regular deductions from your pay. Enrolment Forms are available from the HR service centre. If you require further assistance, contact the Human Resources Department.
Eligibility and Enrolment. (1) The Inuvialuit are best able to determine who should be eligible under the Inuvialuit Land Rights Settlement, but there should also be objective criteria by which an individual may have determined the right to be a beneficiary.
(2) A person shall be eligible to enroll as a beneficiary and, accordingly, to have his name placed on the Official Eligibility List as amended from time to time if, as of the date of the Settlement Legislation (July 25, 1984), that person is a living Canadian citizen and:
(a) is on the Official Voters List used for approving this Agreement; or
(b) is considered to be of Inuvialuit ancestry or is considered by reason of Inuvialuit custom or tradition to be Inuvialuit and is accepted in either case as a member of an Inuvialuit Community Corporation; or
(c) produces evidence satisfactory to the Enrolment Authority referred to in subsection (5), or its successor established by the Inuvialuit, that he has one-quarter or more Inuvialuit blood and,
(i) was born in the Inuvialuit Settlement Region or Inuvik, or
(ii) has been a resident of the Inuvialuit Settlement Region or Inuvik for a total of at least ten years, or
(iii) if under ten years of age, is ordinarily resident in the Inuvialuit Settlement Region or Inuvik; or
(d) is an adopted child, under the laws of any jurisdiction or according to Inuvialuit custom, of a person who qualifies under paragraph (a), (b), or (c).
(3) A person shall be eligible to enroll as a beneficiary and, accordingly, to have his name placed on the Official Eligibility List as amended from time to time if that person is a Canadian citizen and is a descendant, as determined from time to time by the appropriate community corporation or the IRC as the case may be, of a person eligible for enrolment under paragraph 2(a), (b), (c), or (d).
(4) An Enrolment Committee shall be established in each Inuvialuit community for the purpose of preparing initial lists of all members of the community whom it believes qualify under the initial eligibility criteria, and it shall forward such lists to the Enrolment Authority referred to in subsection (5) together with validating documentation and information.
(5) An Enrolment Authority, comprising two representatives of COPE and one representative of the government, shall be responsible for the initial enrolment process according to the requirements and standards that the Authority establishes.
