Miscellaneous Assignments. Miscellaneous assignments are defined as driving time not outlined in items A-C above, that does not require specialized skills or does not occur in an emergency situation, i.e. emergency building evacuation, student removal, bus breakdown, etc. These miscellaneous assignments will be assigned first to four hour drivers required to render service, then by rotation to drivers who have signed up on the miscellaneous assignment board if the assignment does not give the driver more than 40 hours for the week, then if necessary, by assignment of overtime by the Transportation Manager or designee.
Miscellaneous Assignments. Other miscellaneous assignments may be offered to full-time faculty paid as stated below or according to the appropriate rate under the Adjunct Salary Schedule in Section 17.7.3 of this Agreement.
Miscellaneous Assignments. Professional Employees shall assist with enrollment for the fall and spring semester, student registration, student counseling, advising, recruiting and serve on standing committees. The Association President will not be required to serve on any standing committees during his/her period in office.
Miscellaneous Assignments. A. Vacancies which do not involve the supervision of Social Casework Specialists, or are not covered by Section 38.g, shall be open for bid to all employees covered by this agreement in accordance with provisions of Section 35 - Performance Evaluation.
Miscellaneous Assignments. Upon request, Tenant shall assign to Landlord, without recourse, all assignable licenses and permits affecting the Premises and all assignable contracts, warranties and guarantees then in effect relating to the Premises, other than any to which Tenant or its partners or their subsidiaries or affiliates are a party.
Miscellaneous Assignments a. If a contract is made for a call-out assignment and that opportunity is refused and then a second opportunity occurs, the next senior person will be contacted. The first denial will be deemed a denial for all successive opportunities and there will be no repetition of calls to inquire about interest in successive call-out opportunities during that shift.
Miscellaneous Assignments. 3.05.1 Assignments to study halls shall be made by the building principal. A full hour study hall shall be equivalent to one class assignment. Paraprofessionals may be assigned to supervise study halls to the extent permitted by law. This provision will not be utilized to effect a reduction-in-force of teachers. The teachers will have the right of first priority for study hall assignments in departments in which reduction-in-force would otherwise be implemented.
Miscellaneous Assignments. When a System Operations employee is assigned to a field location during an emergency situation, these employees will fall under the Company policies and contractual agreements that govern that area. System Operations employees assigned to work or train away from their home location will continue to be reimbursed for meals and expenses according to current practice.
Miscellaneous Assignments. Members shall transfer and assign to a separate entity the rights and obligations related to CHI Labor, Inc. that are disclosed on Schedule 4.1(q) (the “Retained Assets”). Members shall transfer and assign to Buyer any and all property possessed or owned by them for the benefit of the Company or the Subsidiary that has been used to entertain Company or Subsidiary customers and/or that has traditionally been paid for by the Company or Subsidiary, such as hunting leases and tickets to sporting events except as set forth on Schedule 4.1(q), the Retained Assets schedule.
