Notice of AssignmentsAll teachers shall be given written notice of any change in their school or schools, grade level and/or subject area assignments for the forthcoming semester no later than January 1 for the second semester or June 1 for the first semester. In no event shall changes in teachers' assignments be made, unless an emergency situation occurs.
Notice of AssignmentsThe Employer will give each Employee employed for the forthcoming school term written notice of their assignment for such term as far in advance of the first day of such term as is practicable, but in any event shall give each Employee such notice by August 1, unless circumstances beyond the control of the Employer prevent giving such notice. In the event such notice is received by an Employee after August 1 and such notice changes the Employee's assignment from the prior school term, the Employer will accept the resignation of any such Employee who objects to such assignment if the Employee requests acceptance of their resignation within fourteen (14) calendar days after being advised of such assignment. A specialist schedule (Art, Learning Center/Media Specialist, Music and PE) will be e-mailed to all elementary Employees on or before the first day of student attendance in the school year. Adjustments to the schedule after that date shall be communicated in the same manner.
Notice of Assignments for the next school year shall be provided to each bargaining unit member no later than two weeks before the start of the school year. Exceptions to this notice may be made in emergency situations due to enrollment changes.

Notice of AssignmentsUpon request of Mortgagee, Xxxxxxxxx will execute and deliver written notices of assignments to any persons, corporations or other entities owing or which may in the future owe to Mortgagor monies or accounts arising in connection with any of the following matters: (a) any oil, gas or mineral production from the Mortgaged Property; (b) any gas contracts, processing contracts or other contracts relating to the Mortgaged Property; or (c) the operation of or production from any part of the Mortgaged Property. Notice of AssignmentsThe Board will electronically post to each teacher’s “Employee Access” account, his or her tentative classroom, extra-curricular and committee assignments for the following school year by 3:00 pm on the last teacher attendance day. Assignment discrepancies are to be reported to the building administrator immediately. Financial discrepancies are to be reported to the Director of Pupil Personnel Services when discovered and within the applicable fiscal year. All members shall be given tentative written notice of their class and subject assignments for the next school year not later than May 15, whenever possible. These are subject to change depending upon enrollment. Should a member leave or be added to the faculty or enrollment at any level significantly changes after May 15 and assignments require adjustment as a result, the Principal will seek to inform those members affected at the earliest practical opportunity.

Teachers shall be notified in writing of any anticipated change in that assignment as soon as practicable, such notice to be mailed to the address on file with the Board if school is not then in session, or by personal delivery via email or written communication to the teacher. The teacher shall be given the opportunity to discuss this change by requesting a conference within one (1) week of the notice having been given or mailed. If the notice is given after June 30th, the teacher may submit his/her resignation within two (2) weeks of the date of such notice, such resignation to be effective no earlier than fifteen (15) calendar days from the date thereof. If the notice is given after the first day of student attendance, the teacher may submit his/her resignation within two (2) weeks of the date of such notice, such resignation to be effective as soon as a suitable replacement can be employed. Any resignation pursuant to this Section shall not be subject to any policy on liquidated damages as may be hereafter adopted by the Board arising from said resignation.
