Notice of Assignments. All teachers shall be given written notice of any change in their school or schools, grade level and/or subject area assignments for the forthcoming semester no later than January 1 for the second semester or June 1 for the first semester. In no event shall changes in teachers' assignments be made, unless an emergency situation occurs.

Notice of Assignments. The Employer will give each Employee employed for the forthcoming school term written notice of their assignment for such term as far in advance of the first day of such term as is practicable, but in any event shall give each Employee such notice by August 1, unless circumstances beyond the control of the Employer prevent giving such notice. In the event such notice is received by an Employee after August 1 and such notice changes the Employee's assignment from the prior school term, the Employer will accept the resignation of any such Employee who objects to such assignment if the Employee requests acceptance of their resignation within fourteen (14) calendar days after being advised of such assignment. A specialist schedule (Art, Learning Center/Media Specialist, Music and PE) will be e-mailed to all elementary Employees on or before the first day of student attendance in the school year. Adjustments to the schedule after that date shall be communicated in the same manner.
Notice of Assignments for the next school year shall be provided to each bargaining unit member no later than two weeks before the start of the school year. Exceptions to this notice may be made in emergency situations due to enrollment changes.

Notice of Assignments. Educational support personnel, with the exception of bus drivers, will be given notice of any change in their assignments for the forthcoming work year at least 30 days prior to the date when duties for the new assignment are to be assumed. The assignment shall include building and duties assumed. However, all routes will be rebid at the beginning of each new contract. At the end of any school year any driver will be given the opportunity to give up their route for reassignment. Those routes up for reassignment will be available to all drivers. In the event that a route is added or a vacancy occurs due to retirement, reassignment, resignation or dismissal and the vacancy occurs before March 1, the route will be posted for reassignment for the remainder of that year. If after March 1, the vacated route may be filled with a substitute driver for the remainder of the year and then posted and reassigned for the following school year if necessary. In the event a route is eliminated, the driver may be reassigned. Whenever possible, seniority will be used as the determining factor for reassignment. During the life of this contract, if the Administration deems it necessary, drivers may be given written notice with reason and reassigned to a different route. In the event a driver is reassigned or changes routes for any reason the drivers pay will be determined by the driving time of the new route. Notice of Assignments. 1. The Board shall provide teachers with written notice of any change in their building grade and/or subject assignments for the forthcoming school year no later than the last student attendance day preceding the commencement of the school term. If some change is determined to be necessary, the teacher will be so advised in writing by personal delivery or certified mail to his/her last known street address. Notification shall be deemed given by such personal delivery or deposit in the United States Mail postage prepaid.
Notice of Assignments. A current Employee shall be given a Notice of Assignment for the forthcoming school year no later than June 15 of the current school year. Changes in this assignment may be made, if necessary, no later than the first day of student attendance of the forthcoming school year. These are subject to change depending upon enrollment. Should a member leave or be added to the faculty or enrollment at any level significantly changes after May 15 and assignments require adjustment as a result, the Principal will seek to inform those members affected at the earliest practical opportunity.
