Employment of Superintendent and Term of Employment. The Board agrees to employ the Superintendent and the Superintendent agrees to be employed by the Corporation as the Chief Executive Officer of the School City of Xxxxxxx for an initial period beginning on July 1, 2021 and concluding on June 30, 2024 subject to the terms of this Contract. The parties agree that the term of this Contract shall automatically be extended one (1) school year on June 30, 2022, and then each successive June 30th thereafter, unless a party gives the other written notice on or before the preceding June 30th that the party does not agree to the automatic extension of this Contract. The parties agree this shall result in a continuous three (3) year Contract, unless one party provides timely written notice to the other as provided herein. The parties acknowledge and agree that the Contract term and any extension thereof shall be subject to early cancellation pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 5, Contract Cancellation. The parties agree that the Superintendent shall provide services on two hundred sixty (260) days during each school year and a proportionate number of work days in each partial school year of employment. For purposes of this Contract, a “school year” shall be defined as a period beginning on July 1 of one calendar year and concluding on June 30 of the following calendar year. These work days shall be provided in accordance with a schedule of work days established by the Superintendent so as to ensure the full and competent performance of the duties established in paragraph 2 of this Contract. The Superintendent’s two hundred sixty (260) scheduled workdays shall include vacation days, sick leave days, and any other leave granted pursuant to this Contract and the AdministratorsBenefit Schedule. The Board agrees to review the Superintendent’s performance at least once each school year.

Employment of Superintendent and Term of Employment. The Board employs the Superintendent and the Superintendent agrees to be employed by the Board as the Chief Executive Officer of the Rossville Consolidated School District for an initial period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2021, subject to the terms of this Contract. The parties agree that the Superintendent shall provide services on 260 days during each school year and a proportionate number of work days in each partial school year of employment. These work days shall be provided in accordance with a schedule of work days established by the Superintendent so as to insure the full and competent performance of the duties established in paragraph 3 of this Contract. The Superintendent’s two hundred sixty (260) scheduled work days shall include sick leave days pursuant to paragraph 4.2 of this Contract, vacation leave days pursuant to paragraph 4.3, personal leave days pursuant to paragraph 4.4 and any other paid leave pursuant to paragraph 4.5 of this Contract. The Board agrees to review the Superintendent’s performance once each school year during the month of December. If the Superintendent requests prior to April 1, the Board will review the Superintendent’s performance a second time during a school year. If no written evaluation is presented to the Superintendent by January 1 of any year of this contract, the Superintendent’s performance will be presumed to be either effective or highly effective.
Employment of Superintendent and Term of Employment. The Corporation employs the Superintendent, and the Superintendent agrees to be employed by the Corporation as the superintendent of Xxxxxxxx Southeastern Schools for an initial period beginning February 28, 2024 and concluding on February 28, 2027 (the “Contract Term”), subject to the terms of this Addendum. The Superintendent shall direct his full time and attention to the business of the School Corporation and not to outside activities unless agreed otherwise in this Contract or specifically approved by the Board of School Trustees. The work product of the Superintendent that is prepared in the scope of his employment is the property of the school corporation.
Employment of Superintendent and Term of Employment. The Board agrees to employ the Superintendent and the Superintendent agrees to be employed by the Board as the Chief Executive Officer of the Crown Point Community School Corporation (“CPCSC”) under this Contract beginning on January 1, 2019 and concluding on December 31, 2021subject to the terms of this Contract.

Thereafter, this contract shall be automatically extended an additional year unless the Superintendent or the Employer notifies the other party to the contrary by May 31 of each calendar year. Superintendent is obligated to advise the Employer’s School Board (“Board”) of this automatic extension provision by May 1 of each calendar year starting May 1, 2016.

  • Term of Employment The Executive’s employment under this Agreement will commence on the date hereof and will continue for a period of one (1) year thereafter, subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 8 (the “Term”). This Agreement and the Term will be automatically renewed and extended for periods of one (1) year unless the Company or the Executive provides written notice no less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Term of its or the Executive’s desire not to renew this Agreement.
