Enforcement of Rules and Regulations. A student who does not abide by the aforementioned rules and regulations shall be placed on probation, suspended, or dismissed from the team. Students have access to due process procedures as provided by the Kennewick School District and the State of Washington. The coaches of each activity and building administrators have the authority to discipline a student who violates these rules.
Enforcement of Rules and Regulations a. Violations of the 2024 Terms & Conditions, Display Regulations and/or Rules & Regulations may result in the reduction of seniority rights (i.e. loss of priority points, rank) for space selection at the 2025 NSC Safety Congress & Expo.
b. In addition, violations of these Terms & Conditions and/or Rules & Regulations by the Exhibitor, its employees or agents shall, at the sole option of the Council, entitle the Council to apply a penalty fine or terminate the Exhibitor’s right to occupy space at the 2024 NSC Safety Congress & Expo. In the case of such termination, the Council may retain all monies paid or due by the Exhibitor. Upon evidence of violation, the Council may terminate the Contract, re-enter and take possession of the space, and may remove all persons and goods at the Exhibitor’s risk. The Exhibitor shall pay all expenses and damages the Council may thereby incur.
Enforcement of Rules and Regulations. 1. Participants in the Market must conform to the Market rules and regulations at all times. The Market Manager has full authority to enforce all rules. All participants failing to comply will lose their space at the discretion of the Market Manager and may be asked to leave. Market rules supplement City of Milwaukee ordinances.
2. A Vendor, market consumer, or market representative may submit a signed written complaint where there is cause to believe a violation of Market rules exists. These rules do not create third party rights and are only enforceable by the Xxxxxxx Park Farmers Market Manager, at its discretion.
3. These rules have been put in place to help ensure that the market operates in a successful and safe manner that is fair for all. The Xxxxxxx Park Farmers Market reserves the right to amend or change these rules as needed and again, we hope that we will all operate in the spirit of cooperation. I have signed a Rental Agreement to participate in the Xxxxxxx Park Farmers Market/Market Place Sales at a designated area at Xxxxxxx Park, 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 for the 2021 season by renting a stall(s) for the express purpose of the selling of merchandise, which I am legally authorized to offer for sale, and which is more particularly described in the Rental Agreement. I am informed and acknowledge that while participating in the sale of merchandise at the Xxxxxxx Park Farmers' Market:
1. I am not insured by Milwaukee County, the City of Milwaukee, or the Xxxxxxx Park Community Association, or any department, committee or subpart thereof, for any personal injuries, medical expenses, property damage or loss of any other type, including that caused or sustained by third parties; AND
2. I am not an employee of Milwaukee County, the City of Milwaukee, or the Xxxxxxx Park Community Association, or any department, committee or subpart thereof, for any purpose, including coverage under the Wisconsin Worker Compensation statutes. Enforcement of Rules and Regulations. A. The City, through all of its Police Officers, is hereby empowered to enforce the following Housing Authority rules and regulations:
1. Unauthorized visitors in unoccupied structures of the Housing Authority shall be removed;
2. Unauthorized visitors creating disturbance or otherwise interfering with the peaceful enjoyment of lessees on Housing Authority property shall be removed; and
3. Unauthorized visitors destroying, defacing, or removing Housing Authority property shall be removed and/or criminal enforcement actions shall be taken. With regard to the foregoing rules and regulations, the City’s Police Officers are hereby authorized to give criminal trespass warnings to any persons found in violation of said rules and regulations, i.e. to give notice to any violators that their entry on the property or premises if forbidden, and to arrest or cause the arrest and prosecution of any violators, when appropriate.
B. The City, through its Police Officers, is hereby empowered to enforce the following Housing Authority rule or regulation: The resident and any visitors to Housing Authority property and premises shall refrain from, and shall cause their household to refrain from parking vehicles in any area other than parking areas designated by Housing Authority management. With regard to the foregoing rule or regulation, the City’s Police Officers are hereby authorized to have removed any and all vehicles found parked in violation of said rule or regulation, pursuant to established City procedure for impounding vehicles.
C. The City, through its Police Officers, is hereby empowered to enforce such additional Housing Authority rules and regulations and perform such other duties as shall be specified in any addenda attached hereto or incorporated herein now or in the future.
D. Nothing herein shall be construed as permitting or authorizing Police Officers to use any method or act in any manner in violation of any law, regulation, or to Departmental policy or procedure.

In accordance with the Act, unless otherwise approved by the Department, the Commission shall enforce and cause the Electrical Corporations to enforce the rules and regulations, as they may be amended from time to time, providing for discontinuance of or disconnection from the supply of Power for nonpayment of rates or other charges established by the Commission with respect to Power sold by the anElectrical Corporation or the Department to Retail End Use Customers.

Enforcement of Rules and Regulations. The Lessor shall not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever caused arising out of any non-enforcement of the Rules and Regulations.
Enforcement of Rules and Regulations. 1. All coaches will discuss this athletic agreement with the student-athletes prior to their season and before students and parents sign this agreement.
2. Coaches/Athletic Director/Principal are responsible for the enforcement of the stu- dent–athlete conduct violations during their season. If a resolution is not made, the Athletic Director and/or Principal will be responsible for ensuring proper enforce- ment.
3. Parents are responsible for enforcing student-athlete violations off school grounds during the time in the school year prior to the student-athlete’s first athletic season.
4. Teams will travel with the group unless prior arrangements have been made, well in advance, with the Head Coach;
5. Eligibility for playing sports follows the guidelines in the Student Handbook.
6. Students who are ineligible may be required to attend a Study Hall.
7. Enforcement for student-athlete violations begins the first day of the season and continues until the season ends.
8. All disciplinary actions will be in accordance with the Discipline Policy adopted by the governing board.
9. Students who use illegal substances may forfeit the opportunity to participate in ac- tivities and/or athletics.
Enforcement of Rules and Regulations. In addition to enforcing State and local laws, codes and regulations, City, through its Police Department, is empowered to enforce the rules and regulations established by Authority with regard to use of the Properties, including, but not limited to, the following rules and regulations:
A. Unauthorized person in unoccupied structures of Authority shall be removed.
B. Visitors or unauthorized persons creating a disturbance or otherwise interfering with residents' and tenants’ peaceful enjoyment of Properties shall be removed.
C. Persons destroying, defacing, or removing Authority property shall be removed and/or criminal enforcement action shall be taken.
D. The residents and tenants of the Properties shall refrain, and shall cause the members of their household, their visitors, guests and customers to refrain from parking vehicles in any area other than parking areas designated by Authority representatives for such purposes. The City's Police Department is authorized to cause any and all vehicles parked in violation of the rule/regulation to be removed from Authority's premises in accordance with the established City procedure for removal and impounding of vehicles. With regard to any such authorized removal, Authority agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless City in connection with any such action. With regard to items A through C, above, members of City's Police Department, as well as the Assigned Officers and CSO II, are authorized to give criminal trespass warnings and/or citations to any persons found in violation of those rules and regulations, i.e., to give notice to any violators that their entry on the property or premises is forbidden, and to arrest or cause the arrest and prosecution of any violators. Nothing in Authority's rules and regulations shall be interpreted as permitting, authorizing, or requiring City's Police Department personnel to act in any manner or utilize any method that would constitute a violation of law, accepted and/or established Police Department practices, or Police Department Rules and Regulations or General Orders.
