Enforcement of Rules and Regulations. 1. Participants in the Market must conform to the Market rules and regulations at all times. The Market Manager has full authority to enforce all rules. All participants failing to comply will lose their space at the discretion of the Market Manager and may be asked to leave. Market rules supplement City of Milwaukee ordinances.

May 2010 (KSD HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT USE ONLY) Anti-Hazing Policy Kennewick School District The Kennewick School District (KSD) recognizes that membership in extracurricular and co-curricular student organizations can significantly enhance the learning and growth experiences of students. In accordance with state and federal laws, the KSD adamantly prohibits any form of hazing by any student extracurricular or co-curricular organizations. All new member orientation, initiation activities, and other group activities are expected to refrain from hazing in any form. Further, these activities should support the attainment of all purposes stated in the goals and objectives of the KSD. No student activity, student team, individual student, volunteer, or employee shall conduct nor condone hazing activities. Hazing activities are defined as: "…any action taken or situation created, intentionally, whether on or off KSD property, to produce mental or physical discomfort, embarrassment, harassment, or ridicule. Such activities may include but are not limited to the following: use of alcohol or other drugs; paddling in any form; creation of excessive fatigue; physical and psychological shocks; quests, treasure hunts, scavenger hunts, road trips, or any such activities carried on outside or inside of the confines of the KSD; wearing of public apparel that is conspicuous and not normally in good taste; engaging in public stunts and buffoonery; morally degrading or humiliating games and activities; and any other activities that are not consistent with academic achievement and/or the regulations and policies of the KSD, or applicable state and/or federal law(s).” Any individual or organization suspected of authorizing or tolerating the occurrence of a hazing incident will be subject to an investigation by either the Kennewick School District or law enforcement officials. Enforcement of Rules and Regulations. The City through its Liaison Officer, shall enforce the following Authority rules and regulations limited to violations of the Texas Penal Code: Unauthorized persons in unoccupied/unleased structures of the Authority shall be removed. ie Criminal Trespass Persons creating disturbances or otherwise interfering with the peaceful enjoyment of lessees, guests, invitees, or Housing Authority Staff on Authority property shall be removed. ie Criminal Disorderly Conduct Unauthorized visitors, residents or guests destroying, defacing or removing Authority property shall be removed and/or criminal enforcement actions shall be taken. ie Criminal Mischief With regard to the foregoing rules and regulations, the City's police officers shall issue Criminal Trespass Warnings to any persons found in violations of said rules or regulations, i.e. to give notice to any violators that their entry on the property or premises is forbidden, and to arrest or cause the arrest and prosecution of violators, when deemed appropriate by the officer. The City, through its police officers, is hereby empowered to enforce such additional Authority rules and regulations and perform such other duties as shall be specified in any addenda attached hereto or incorporated herein now or in the future. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as permitting or authorizing police officers to use any method or to act in any manner in violation of law or of their sworn obligations as police officers.
Enforcement of Rules and Regulations. The Pool Manager and the Pool Management Staff have responsibility for enforcing the rules and regulations. All members and guests shall observe all rules, obey all pool staff instructions, and shall cooperate with the staff. Parents are responsible for their children and must make them aware of all rules and regulations. The Pool Management Staff has the authority to suspend pool privileges for the remainder of the swimming day and one full day thereafter. The Pool Manager may recommend to the Board of Directors, through the Director of Operations, suspensions for periods longer than one day. Members should refer grievances and complaints to the Director of Operations.
