Enterprise Consultative Committee. The Employer and employees are committed to cooperating positively to increase the efficiency and productivity of the business and to enhance the career opportunities and job security of employees. The Employer shall engage the employees to establish consultative mechanisms and procedures appropriate to the size, structure and needs of the business.
Enterprise Consultative Committee. 8.1 It is agreed that, as part of an ongoing process, the Enterprise Consultative Committee (ECC) will review and monitor progress of the Agreement and report on outcomes from time to time.
Enterprise Consultative Committee. (a) This Committee meets at least every two months, and is the ‘peak’ consultative group on site, involving Management representatives and Employee representatives. This group does not discuss day to day issues, but rather issues relating to the shorter and long term objectives of the Company, operational and business objectives, matters pertaining to the Industry as a whole, and provides a forum to enable employees an input into decision making processes and access to relevant information about the Company’s activities.

Enterprise Consultative Committee. (a) An Enterprise Consultative Committee consisting of employees and employer representatives shall meet on a regular basis to discuss matters of importance to the Company and its employees.
Enterprise Consultative Committee a) An Enterprise Consultative Committee (ECC) has been created at Xxxx Masterpanel Pty Ltd comprising of up to10 employees who shall be elected by the majority of wages employees and up to 5 management representatives.
Enterprise Consultative Committee. 8.1 A centralised Enterprise Consultative Committee will be maintained to: Facilitate consultation between employers and employees through their union, on industrial and professional issues of significance; Enable ongoing dialogue regarding issues arising from this Agreement and to discuss issues which might be considered for inclusion in subsequent Agreements; Provide a central forum for the discussion of wider Human Resource issues applying or being considered for application in Catholic Schools.
Enterprise Consultative Committee. 2.3.1 The Company will maintain an Enterprise Consultative Committee representing the Scottsdale Sites which will be comprised of Employee and management representatives.
Enterprise Consultative Committee. An interim Enterprise Consultative Committee (ECC) has been established at the Club and it will continue to operate until it is replaced by a new ECC (which may or may not have different members). The new ECC will be put in place after the Agreement commences as part of the development of the ECC Constitution and the ECC training process
Enterprise Consultative Committee. An Enterprise Consultative Committee comprising employee representatives and Company representatives will be maintained. This group will meet a minimum of 4 times a year, or on a needs basis, taking into account operational requirements and the frequency and significance of issues dealt with by ECC representatives. The roles and functions of the ECC are outlined in Schedule 10 of this Agreement.
