Enterprise Consultative Committee. It is agreed that, as part of an ongoing process, the Enterprise Consultative Committee (ECC) will review and monitor progress of the Agreement and report on outcomes from time to time.

Enterprise Consultative Committee. An interim Enterprise Consultative Committee (ECC) has been established at the Club and it will continue to operate until it is replaced by a new ECC (which may or may not have different members). The new ECC will be put in place after the Agreement commences as part of the development of the ECC Constitution and the ECC training process (a) Through the ECC the Club and the employees will consult collectively with each other. (b) The Club, the Employees and the Union will support the ECC’s activities and its outcomes. (c) The ECC will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Agreement at the site and to ensure that the agreed Aims and Objectives are achieved. (d) The ECC will establish a constitution for the ECC so as to achieve the Aims and Objectives of the Agreement. It is noted that the ECC Constitution shall: recognise the right of the Union site delegates to be a employee representative member of the ECC; and provide that a nominated officer of the Union will be supplied with a copy of the Minutes of all ECC meetings for its information.

The Consultative Committee may make recommendations to management. (c) Minutes of all meetings held by the Consultative Committee will be circulated to all employees and Managers.
Enterprise Consultative Committee. (a) This Committee meets at least every two months, and is the ‘peak’ consultative group on site, involving Management representatives and Employee representatives. This group does not discuss day to day issues, but rather issues relating to the shorter and long term objectives of the Company, operational and business objectives, matters pertaining to the Industry as a whole, and provides a forum to enable employees an input into decision making processes and access to relevant information about the Company’s activities. (b) A copy of the Constitution of this Committee is set out at Appendix A of this Agreement.

Enterprise Consultative Committee a) An Enterprise Consultative Committee (ECC) has been created at Xxxx Masterpanel Pty Ltd comprising of up to10 employees who shall be elected by the majority of wages employees and up to 5 management representatives. b) The ECC will participate constructively and with commitment in a review of work practices. c) This review will consist of but not be restricted to the following: • identification of inefficient work practices; • improvement in quality of product and service; • reduction in absenteeism; • flexibility of hours; d) The parties to this agreement are committed to co-operating positively to increase the efficiency productivity and international competitiveness of the enterprise and to enhance the career opportunities and job security of employees in this industry.
Enterprise Consultative Committee. 2.3.1 The Company will maintain an Enterprise Consultative Committee representing the Scottsdale Sites which will be comprised of Employee and management representatives. 2.3.2 The purpose of this consultative mechanism is to discuss change proposals that will improve efficiency and productivity in the workplace. 2.3.3 The committee will meet monthly and will regularly and systematically consult with all affected Employees to ensure that all views and issues are considered as part of the Company’s decision making process subject to clause 1.11.5

The Employer will discuss with the employees affected, and if they request their nominated representative, issues including: (g) The introduction of the changes; (h) The effects the changes are likely to have on the employees; (i) Measures to prevent or lessen the adverse effect of changes on employees; and (j) Will promptly consider matters raised by the employees or nominated representative about the changes. The discussions will start as soon as practicable after the Employer has made the decision and in any event before the changes are implemented. Before the discussion, the Employer will provide the employees and if requested their nominated representatives with all relevant information about the changes including the nature of the proposed changes, the expected effect of the changes on the employees and any other matters likely to affect employees The Employer will not be required to provide confidential information that is detrimental to the Employer’s interests. 8.2.2 Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) Key Performance Indicators are critical to ensuring that the business continues to improve, therefore, they will provide the focus for all employees affected by this agreement. Concrete Air Checks A minimum of 25 air checks per month spread across a number of plants, of which 80% to be over the 20, 25 & 32 Mpa grades. Concrete Yield Checks 14 Concrete Yield Checks per annum again spread across a range of plants and grades. Agitator Uniformality Checks 14 Agitator Uniformity Checks per annum.
