Hangar and Facilities Support. 3.3.6.3.1 The Contractor shall support aircraft scheduling, coordination and movement of aircraft in and around IBST facilities and associated ramps, utilizing Government furnished equipment IAW NAVAIR procedures. 3.3.6.3.2 The Contractor shall coordinate the space utilization within the hangar, ramps, and surrounding areas in general and for special events including the airshow, transient aircraft, and transient gear/equipment. 3.3.6.3.3 The Contractor shall operate forklift, man-lift, crane, and floor sweeping equipment within the Government facilities. 3.3.6.3.4 The Contractor shall conduct spot checks of project aircraft; ensuring aircraft check lists are complete and attached to each project aircraft. The Contractor shall maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of the Hangar 101 area and is responsible for foreign object debris (FOD) control for the hangar, ramps, and surrounding areas. 3.3.6.3.5 The Contractor shall operate, repair, and maintain equipment in the IBST complex, IAW NAVAIR procedures and the equipment technical and operations manuals. 3.3.6.3.6 The Contractor shall support the modification, upkeep, reconfiguration and upgrade of IBST laboratory spaces and facilities. 3.3.6.3.7 The Contractor shall serve as POC for identifying needed repairs and safety hazards and refer them to the Government facilities coordinator, Aviation Safety Officer, APSD Safety Officer and other Non- APSD contacts deemed necessary for the safe operation of the hangar. Emergency responses may be outside of working hours. 3.3.6.3.8 The Contractor shall assist the Government Facility Manager in the planning of sustainment and improvement projects to existing facilities and the construction of new facilities to meet current and future T&E and training operational requirements. 3.3.6.3.9 The Contractor shall support the development and establishment of facility management documents and plans. 3.3.6.3.10 The Contractor shall coordinate with the Base Telephone Office (BTO) for the installation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and operation of telephone service within the facilities. 3.3.6.3.11 The Contractor shall assist with the performance of industrial safety inspections throughout the facilities including but not limited to fire extinguishers and emergency exit signs on a schedule established by the Government Facility Manager and as required to meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and base inspection requirements. 3.3.6.3.12 The Contractor...

  • Construction Management Services a. A-E may be required to review and recommend approval of submittals, shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and/or calculations for temporary structures such as trench shoring, false work and other temporary structural forms. b. A-E may be required to review and advise the County Representative on the overall project schedule, including staging and completion dates, duration, milestones, and interfaces. Immediately notify Representative if the proposed work schedule does not conform to the contract documents, including the plans, specifications, and permits or that may require special inspection or testing, or work stoppage. c. Review scope of work and identify potential contract change orders. Prepare independent cost estimates for any changes resulting from design revisions or change in field conditions. Prepare and recommend for approval all contract change orders. e. Evaluate the merit of any potential claims or requests for equitable adjustment submitted by the Construction Contractor. Prepare analysis of potential claims include recommendations regarding settlement of the claims. f. Assist County staff in project related issues with other Agencies, or departments, engineering and material testing support firms, CEQA consultants, utilities agencies, etc. g. Assist in community outreach meetings and media relations h. Review for acceptance/approval of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the general Permit of Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, including dewatering/diversion plans per the State’s DeMinimus Permit).

  • Equipment and Facilities For On-Site Courses, you will supply the facility and equipment as set forth at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx. If Red Hat agrees to provide the training facilities and hardware, you will be liable for any loss or destruction of this equipment and hardware used in connection with the Training.
