Upon the advice of the Industrial Health and Safety Committee, the Bursar shall designate an employee as the First Aid Attendant at each major campus. The person so designated will normally be a member of and will receive the stipend approved in the Agreement. When a member of the Union agrees to act as the designated First Aid Attendant at any campus, the member shall receive a stipend equivalent to that received by a employee having similar first aid qualifications. Safety Courses The Industrial Health and Safety Committee will keep itself informed of training programs sponsored by the Workers' Compensation Board or other agencies, and make recommendations for participation.
