Jury and Witness Pay. An employee summoned to Jury Duty or subpoenaed as a witness shall be paid wages amounting to the difference between the amount paid them for such service and the amount they would have earned had they worked on such days. Employees on Jury Duty or appearing as a witness shall furnish the Employer with such statements of earning as the Courts may supply or as may be available. Employees shall return to work within a reasonable period of time. They shall not be required to report if less than two (2) hours of their normal shift remains to be worked. Jury and Witness Pay. 15.01 Regular full-time employees summoned to jury duty or subpoenaed as a witness in a Court of Law or any employee acting as a witness on behalf of the Co-operative shall be paid wages amounting to the difference between the amount paid them for jury services or witness and the amount they would have earned had they worked on such days. Jury and Witness Pay. 12.01 Any time spent by an employee in attendance at any court regarding Town business or Jury Duty shall be paid by the Town. Any monies collected for Jury duty, excluding mileage, shall be turned over to the Town in return for full wages.

Jury and Witness Pay. 19.01 Employees summoned to jury duty, a sentencing circle or subpoenaed as a witness for the Crown shall be paid wages amounting to the difference between the amount paid them for jury or witness services and the amount they would have earned had they been scheduled to work on such days. It is agreed that the obligation to pay the wage difference shall not exceed thirty (30) days in any one (1) calendar year. Upon receipt, employees are to provide copies of summons and subpoenas to the Employer to be eligible for this clause.
Jury and Witness Pay. 21.01 When an employee is required by subpoena to attend as a witness in court as a result of their working duties this time will be considered part of her regular work responsibilities and she will be compensated for this time less any witness fee.
Jury and Witness Pay. 20.01 Employees who serve on a jury or as a witness for the Crown shall be granted leave of absence for this purpose, and provided that the employee concerned deposits with the Employer any pay received, the employee shall continue to receive his wage for any scheduled days of work.
Jury and Witness Pay. An employee who is called for jury service or as a result of being subpoenaed as a witness in a court of law shall be excused from work for the days on which he serves and he shall receive, for each such day of jury or witness service on which he otherwise would have worked, eight (8) times his average straight time hourly earnings for such days of jury or witness service. An employee will not receive pay under this Article when it duplicates pay received for time not worked for any other reason. The employee will present proof of each such day's service.
