Master's Degree Program. In order to be admitted to the master’s degree programme the following curricular requirements have to be met. The requirements are decided at a national level by the Conference of the Deans of Psychology and the Presidents of Psychology University Programmes. The entry requirements are: At least 88 ECTs across the different M-PSI sectors. Provisionally those 88 ECTS can be distributed so that at least 6 scientific/core subject M-PSI sectors are covered, each of them with at least 6 ECTS; from the 2011- 2012 academic year onwards at least 8 ECTS need to be gained in each of the 8 sectors. 18 ECTS are needed in non-psychology-related sectors; 8 ECTS in foreign languages (English) and computer skills; 2-4 ECTS for the final paper; a suitable number of ECTS for practical training and internships, laboratory work or career guidance and transition-into-the-workplace activities (provisionally 13 ECTS; from the 2011-2012 academic year onwards 2016). A number of elective ECTS (provisionally 8 ECTS; from the 2011-2012 academic year onwards at least 12 ECTS). Candidates will also have to take an entry test to prove they have the necessary minimum skills and knowledge. The entry test is described in the Didactic Guidelines.

Qualifying Educational Objectives for LM-51 Class: Psychology In order to be admitted to the master’s degree programme, students need a solid preparation in all aspects of psychology: general psychology, social psychology and developmental psychology, research methodology, statistics and computer skills for data processing, behavioural psychophysiology and human relation dynamics.
