MEAL PROVISION. Where an Employee is required to work overtime for more than one hour after completing the usual shift or usual days’ work and such overtime extends over the nurse’s usual mealtime, the Employer shall provide a meal.
MEAL PROVISION. (a) When an employee is required to work in excess of two (2) hours past his/her scheduled quitting time without 24 hours notice the Company will supply the employee with a frozen meal and beverage (juice, pop, water), at a reasonable time after his/her scheduled quitting time. (b) When an employee is called in for work with less than four (4) hours prior notice and he continues working through his/her scheduled working hours, the Company will supply the employee with a frozen meal and beverage (juice, pop, water) as soon as is reasonably possible to do so. (c) For those meals outlined in (a) and (b) above, the Company will provide adequate time for the employee to eat the meal.
MEAL PROVISION. 12.3.1 If the Company requires an employee to commence work prior to midday and also requires that employee to attend an evening event, without the provision of a split shift, the Company will provide or reimburse the employee for reasonable expenditure for a meal.

MEAL PROVISION. An Employee who is required by the Employer through the Head of School or Department to work beyond 7.00pm on any given day and having worked their normal day at the College will be supplied with a one course meal in the College dining room subject to 24 hours’ notice being provided. In the event that the Employer requires an Employee to work beyond their normal day at the College with less than 24 hours’ notice and a meal cannot be provided, the Employee will be reimbursed an amount in accordance with the rate set by the ATO each year, overtime meal allowance, (2012-13 income year value is $27.10)

This is a choice of cereals, toast with a selection of jams and fresh fruit juice (diluted with water) or milk to drink. We have lunch around 12noon. A light afternoon tea will be served around 3.30pm. Snacks are offered mid morning and late afternoon. The Nursery Cook is available to speak with if you would like to know more about the menus or discuss anything with regard to allergens and/or food intolerances. Meals are freshly prepared on the premises and are well balanced and nutritious. Siblings Nurseries have been awarded 5 stars year on year from the Sunderland Health Authority for our kitchen and processes. You will receive a menu when you visit the nursery or can download it from our website. You may wish to provide a healthy packed lunch; the food must not need re-heating, must be chopped into non choke sized pieces, must have been made and stored appropriately prior to coming into nursery and sent into nursery with a cool pack to help keep the food at a safe temperature. Fresh drinking water is available throughout the day and children and able to have it whenever they wish. Younger children are encouraged by their keyperson to drink water throughout the day. You may provide your child with their own sports bottle or drinking cup with lid. Alternatively, we have cups available at nursery. Please label all of your child’s belongings.

MEAL PROVISION. The Employer will supply an Employee with a meal should the Employer require an Employee to remain at school continuously until after 7 p.m. on any day.
