MEAL & REST BREAKS. You will be entitled to a minimum 30 minute unpaid meal break during a full day shift of at least 7.6 hours and a 10 minute paid rest break at a suitable time following 5 consecutive hours of work. Breaks will be taken at a time suitable for the operation of the business and at the discretion of the site supervisor.

MEAL & REST BREAKS a) An employee will receive an unpaid 30 minute meal/rest break for every five (5) consecutive hours they work.
MEAL & REST BREAKS. All employees are entitled to take rest and meal breaks, in accordance with the clauses below. Employees must take all of their entitled breaks and store management is responsible for ensuring all Employees are provided with their entitled breaks. MEAL & REST BREAKS. 9.2.1 An employee shall be scheduled up to a one (1) hour non-paid meal break during the approximate midpoint of their shift. If such an employee is directed by the Employer to perform work during a portion of their meal break, such portion shall be compensable paid time. An employee shall be entitled to take two (2) fifteen (15) minute paid rest breaks, near the middle of each half of the employee’s shift, all such breaks to be taken as time permits.
