MEAL & REST BREAKS. You will be entitled to a minimum 30 minute unpaid meal break during a full day shift of at least 7.6 hours and a 10 minute paid rest break at a suitable time following 5 consecutive hours of work. Breaks will be taken at a time suitable for the operation of the business and at the discretion of the site supervisor.
MEAL & REST BREAKS a) An employee will receive an unpaid 30 minute meal/rest break for every five (5) consecutive hours they work.
MEAL & REST BREAKS. All employees are entitled to take rest and meal breaks, in accordance with the clauses below. Employees must take all of their entitled breaks and store management is responsible for ensuring all Employees are provided with their entitled breaks. The timing of the rest and meal breaks are to be mutually agreed between the parties where possible. In the absence of any other agreement, and where reasonable and practicable to do so, rest and meal breaks are to be spread evenly through the shift with no breaks within the first or last hour of the shift. MEAL & REST BREAKS. 9.2.1 An employee shall be scheduled up to a one (1) hour non-paid meal break during the approximate midpoint of their shift. If such an employee is directed by the Employer to perform work during a portion of their meal break, such portion shall be compensable paid time. An employee shall be entitled to take two (2) fifteen (15) minute paid rest breaks, near the middle of each half of the employee’s shift, all such breaks to be taken as time permits.
MEAL & REST BREAKS. 17.1. An employee on a 12 hour shift will receive two meal/rest breaks per shift, without deduction of pay, each of 30 minutes duration. Meal/rest breaks are to be taken, wherever practicable, in a manner that does not interfere with the continuity of production.

MEAL & REST BREAKS a) An unpaid meal break of a minimum of 30 minutes shall be given and taken within the first 5 hours of continuous work. Employees whose working hours do not exceed 5 hours may be worked continuously without a meal break.
MEAL & REST BREAKS. Each four (4) hour shift shall include one (1) paid fifteen minute rest period. Each eight (8) hour shift shall include one (1) half hour paid meal break and two (2) paid fifteen minute rest periods.
