MEETINGS AND TRAININGS. 8 CONTRACTOR shall ensure the FRC Coordinator participates in meetings 9 of all FaCT FRC Coordinators for the purpose of information sharing, joint problem solving, 10 identification of Best Practices, development of common approaches to case management and 11 intake, training, and other related matters. Meetings will occur a minimum of one (1) time per 12 month. ADMINISTRATOR will provide CONTRACTOR with detailed information regarding 13 meeting date(s) and location(s). 14 CONTRACTOR shall ensure appropriate CONTRACTOR staff 15 participates in all required trainings and/or meetings as identified by ADMINISTRATOR. 16 ADMINISTRATOR will provide CONTRACTOR with detailed information regarding 17 training/meeting date(s) and location(s).
MEETINGS AND TRAININGS. Contractor shall attend all orientation, training sessions, and regularly scheduled meetings required by DYCD. Contractor shall ensure that staff required to attend by DYCD and/or whose role is relevant to the subject area are in attendance for the duration of the orientation, training session, or meeting. DYCD reserves the right to monitor attendance and consider attendance as a factor in performance reviews.
MEETINGS AND TRAININGS. A) Office Manager Meetings & Document Delivery
1) ExED will coordinate with the Client to arrange for how inter-office communication will be delivered to ExED.
B) Annual ExED Business of Charter Schools Meeting
1) ExED provides an annual meeting to provide an update of State Budget and share best practices for school operations related to internal controls, compliance (e.g., attendance and nutrition reporting), payroll, and other procedures and policies to prepare the Client for the upcoming school year.
C) Office Manager and other Staff Trainings
1) ExED provides initial and ongoing training as needed to the Office Manager and other Client staff regarding proper internal controls, ExED and Client procedures and policies, and systems or software ExED may employ to serve the Client.
D) Finance Committee Guidance
1) ExED provides guidance to Client’s governing body and Committee members on best practices to monitor financial reports.
E) Community Meetings
1) ExED attends meetings with teachers and/or parents of the Client community as appropriate regarding the budget and related financial issues.
F) Principal/Executive Director Meeting
1) ExED’s Team Leader meets regularly with Client’s Principal and/or Executive Director to discuss the latest forecast and financial report and any other outstanding issues or concerns. Provides coaching on best practices to monitor Client’s finances.
G) Charter Authorizer Meetings
1) ExED prepares required materials for and attends authorizer fiscal visits.
2) ExED attends charter renewal meetings and hearings as needed. Any air- travel or overnight lodging expenses for ExED staff associated with these meetings will be the responsibility of the Client. Any ExED travel will be pre-approved by the Client.
H) WASC Review
1) Prepare fiscal materials for and attend WASC review meetings as needed.

Meetings will occur a minimum of one (1) time per month. ADMINISTRATOR will provide CONTRACTOR with detailed information regarding meeting date(s) and location(s). CONTRACTOR shall ensure appropriate CONTRACTOR staff participates in all required trainings and/or meetings as identified by ADMINISTRATOR. ADMINISTRATOR will provide CONTRACTOR with detailed information regarding training/meeting date(s) and location(s). Trainings eligible for reimbursement through this Agreement must be approved in advance, in writing, by ADMINISTRATOR. At the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall attend trainings presented or sponsored by COUNTY.
MEETINGS AND TRAININGS. PROVIDER shall attend the VCOE/LEA meetings for contracting NPS/A when applicable legal mandates, and/or the VCOE/LEA policy and procedures are reviewed, including but not limited to the areas of: curriculum, high school graduation, standards-based instruction, cultural and linguistic needs of students with disabilities, dual enrollment responsibilities, LRE responsibilities, transition services, data collection, standardized testing, and IEPs. The VCOE shall provide PROVIDER with reasonable notice of mandated meetings. When PROVIDER serves multiple LEAs, PROVIDER will inform other contracting LEAs after its completion of mandated instruction on federal or state requirements at a different LEA. XXX may invite PROVIDER to LEA staff development and training to implement new and revised mandated requirements, including, but not limited to, common core curriculum, state testing, and other topics related to the provision of services for LEA students.

Meetings will occur a minimum of one per month. ADMINISTRATOR will provide 16 CONTRACTOR with detailed information regarding meeting date(s) and 17 location(s).
MEETINGS AND TRAININGS. (a) Employee attendance at business meetings and in-service training programs shall be considered hours worked if such attendance is required by the Employer.
MEETINGS AND TRAININGS. 7.1 CONTRACTOR may be required to attend quarterly meetings with the County, other County contracted service providers, educational groups, and occasionally conduct staff tour/site visits, as required by ADMINISTRATOR.
7.2 CONTRACTOR shall be expected to participate in meetings and training as required by ADMINISTRATOR.
MEETINGS AND TRAININGS. COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR fifty dollars 9 ($50.00) per hour for actual time spent in meetings and/or trainings specified 10 in Paragraphs 9 and 14 of Exhibit A. Meeting and training time will be paid 11 in five (5) minute increments.
