The Township recognizes years of faithful service by granting Employees a longevity increment in accordance with the following schedule:  After 1 year of PFRS creditable service with the Township’s Fire Department (“Service”): $600;  After 2 years of Service: $1,200;  After 3 years of Service: $1,800;  After 4 years of Service: $2,400;  After 5 years of Service: $3,000; and  After 6 years of Service: $3,600.  After 1 year of PFRS creditable service with the Township’s Fire Department (“Service”): $1,000;  After 2 years of Service: $2,000;  After 3 years of Service: $3,000;  After 4 years of Service: $4,000;  After 5 years of Service: $5,000; and  After 6 years of Service: $6,000. Points may be awarded by the Township Committee for technical schools, Department of Fire oriented, attended prior to appointment to the Department of Fire. Such courses must be documented in full and must be approved by the Chief of the Department of Fire and by the Township Administrator. X. Xxxxxxxxxx average mark of eighty (80) or above in annual in- service examinations - 1 point. X. Xxxxxxxxxx hours obtained in correspondence courses prescribed by the Chief of Fire with approval of the Township Committee. Points to be assigned each course prior to the commencement of said course. Range from 2 to 6 points. F. Associate Degree - 15 points. Points shall accumulate from date of appointment. Points earned during the period January 1, through December 31 are added and applied to the accumulated point total in the succeeding year for any additional compensation due. However, the additional compensation shall not commence until completion of service as a fourth grade patrolman. D. Payment of merit incentive compensation shall be included as part of the annual salary for pension calculation and shall not be added to the base salary for payment of overtime. MERIT INCENTIVE PROGRAM. The Township recognizes years of faithful service by granting Employees a longevity increment in accordance with the following schedule: For Employees not having an Associate’s (2 year college) Degree  After 1 year of State accepted pension system service with the Township’s Fire Department (“Service”): $600;  After 2 years of Service: $1,200;  After 3 years of Service: $1,800;  After 4 years of Service: $2,400;  After 5 years of Service: $3,000; and  After 6 years of Service: $3,600.  After 1 year of State accepted pension system service with the Township’s Fire Department (“Service”): $1,000;  After 2 years of Service: $2,000;  After 3 years of Service: $3,000;  After 4 years of Service: $4,000;  After 5 years of Service: $5,000; and  After 6 years of Service: $6,000. Starting in 2015 only, and only for those Employees that attain six (6) years of service and an Associate’s Degree, the merit incentive pay will be considered part of base pay.

Leave for illness or injury for which compensation has been received shall be deducted from accrued leave for illness or injury at the rate of four (4) days for every one (1) day of monetary compensation; provided, however, no employee shall receive compensation under this section for any portion of leave for illness or injury accumulated at a rate in excess of one (1) day per month. At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death an eligible employee or the employee's estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to one (1) day of current monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days accrued leave for illness or injury. The provisions of this section shall be administered in accordance with state law and applicable state rules and regulations. Should the legislature revoke any benefits granted under this section, no affected employee shall be entitled thereafter to receive such benefits as matter of contractual right.

  • Incentive Bonus Plan Employee shall be eligible for a bonus opportunity of up to 65% of his annual base salary in accordance with the Company’s Incentive Bonus Plan as modified from time to time, payable in cash and/or equity of the Company (at the Company’s discretion). The bonus payment and the Company’s targeted performance shall be determined and approved by the Board or the compensation committee thereof.

  • Bonus Plan Such bonus, if any, as shall be determined upon the recommendation of the CEO by the Board (or any designated Committee of the Board comprised solely of independent directors), shall be paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bonus plan established for the Company (“Bonus Plan”).

  • Long-Term Incentive Plans During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in any long term incentive compensation plan maintained by the Company on the terms established from time to time by the Board or the Compensation Committee of the Board, as applicable.
