No Lockout/No Strike. During the term of this agreement, the City will not lock out represented attorneys who are covered by this MOU. Members of the bargaining unit shall not engage in any strike, work stoppage, slowdown or sympathy strike during the term of this MOU, nor shall MAA encourage or condone any such activity by members of the bargaining unit.
No Lockout/No Strike. 11.01 In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement for settling grievances, the Employer agrees that there will be no lockout of its employees and the Union agrees that there will be no strikes or other collective action which will stop or interfere with operations during the term of this Agreement.
11.02 It shall be no violation of this Agreement for any employee to refuse to cross a picket line. Any employee thus failing to report for duty shall be considered to be on leave of absence without pay and shall not be subject to any disciplinary action, discharge, termination or any other penalty or prejudice.

2. The Union shall not cause, engage in, or sanction any strike, slowdown or work stoppage. Furthermore, the Union shall seriously endeavor to bring an end to any strike, slowdown or work stoppage if one occurs.
3. The Union shall at all times cooperate with the Employer in continuing operations.
No Lockout/No Strike. 4.3.1 The Company and the Union agree that during the term of this Agreement there shall be no lockouts. The Union and the Company agree that during the same period, neither the Union nor its agents, nor its members will authorize, instigate, aid, condone, or engage in work stoppage, slow down, or strike.
4.3.2 The Company agrees that it will not require an employee to cross a picket line established in connection with a strike of another employer.
4.3.3 The Company agrees that no employee covered by this Agreement shall be required to fill the job of any employee who may be on strike elsewhere.

No Lockout/No Strike. 6.1 During the term of this Agreement, the District agrees not to engage in any lockout of employees covered by this Agreement.
6.2 The Association agrees that, during the term of this Agreement, there will be no strike, walk-out, slow-down, or work stoppage.
No Lockout/No Strike. A. It is agreed that during the life of this Agreement there shall be no lockout of employees covered under this Agreement by the Board, nor will the Association actively engage in a strike, work stoppage, slowdown or other interruption of public service.
B. Employees covered under this Agreement shall be encouraged under all circumstances to abide by the terms of the written agreement. The Association shall neither authorize nor ratify any action alluding to any such support of action not in accordance with the meaning of this Section.
C. If the Association has carried out the above obligations, the Association and its officers shall not be held liable for any action taken by individual members.

SECTION 2: When the Union receives notice from the Employer, by certified mail, that any of its members are engaged in violation of Section 1 of this Article, the Union shall immediately, conspicuously post notice over the signature of any authorized representative of the Union to the effect that a violation is in progress and such notice shall instruct all employees to immediately return to work.
SECTION 3: The Employer agrees that neither it, its officers, agents or representatives, individually or collectively, will authorize, instigate, cause, aid or condone any lockout of employees, unless the Union has violated Section 1 of this Article.
No Lockout/No Strike. Section 1. The UNION agrees that during the life of this Agreement, neither the UNION, nor its officers or agents or members will authorize, instigate, aid, condone, or engage in a strike, slowdown or other interference (to include unlawful picketing) with the CITY's operation. The CITY agrees that, during the same period, there shall be no lockouts.
Section 2. Individual employees, groups of employees or representatives who instigate, aid, or engage in a strike, work stoppage, slowdown or interference (to include unlawful picketing) with the CITY's operation may be disciplined or discharged at the sole discretion of the CITY.
Section 3. Should any employees covered by this Agreement participate in any strike, work stoppage, slowdown, or other interference (to include unlawful picketing) with the CITY's operation, the UNION will immediately notify such employee or employees so engaging in such unauthorized activities to cease and desist, and shall publicly declare that such strike, work stoppage, slowdown or interference (to include unlawful picketing) is illegal, unauthorized, and in violation of this Agreement.
