Odměna a. AbbVie shall pay Institution in accordance with the Study budget attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A (“Budget Summary and Payment Schedule”). Institution understands and agrees that none of Principal Investigator or subinvestigator(s) will receive any funds from AbbVie in connection with the performance of the Study other than the funds paid to Institution in accordance with Exhibit A. The parties agree that the amount for payments set forth in Exhibit A represents the fair market value for the services to be rendered and has not been determined in any manner that takes into account the volume or value of any referrals or business otherwise generated between Institution and any member of the AbbVie Group. a. Odměna. Zadavatel bude prostřednictvím CRO poskytovat finanční podporu pro klinické hodnocení v souladu s tímto článkem a ustanoveními stanovenými v rozpočtu. 6.

Institution further represents and warrants that it will not offer, promise or authorize the giving of anything of value to a government official or other person to obtain or retain business or gain a business advantage. AbbVie shall pay Principal Investigator for services performed in accordance with the terms of the Study budget attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit B (“Principal Investigator Budget Summary and Payment Schedule”). The parties agree that the amount for payments set forth in Exhibit A and Exhibit B represent the fair market value for the services to be rendered and has not been determined in any manner that takes into account the volume or value of any referrals or business otherwise generated between Institution and Principal Investigator and any member of the AbbVie Group. Hlavní zkoušející se rovněž zavazuje ze své odměny (Přehledu rozpočtu a platebního harmonogramu Hlavního zkoušejícího) uhradit odměnu dalším členům Personálu zdravotnického zařízení dle pokynů Hlavního zkoušejícího podílejícím se na provádění této Studie.
Odměna. In consideration of Institution’s performance under this Agreement, Sponsor through CRO shall pay Institution in accordance with the Budget and Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit A. Sponsor will not be required to pay any amount which exceeds the amount specified in the Budget, unless otherwise agreed to in a separate writing duly authorized and executed by the Parties. The amounts payable by Sponsor under this Agreement represent the fair market value of the services associated with the Study and have not been determined in a manner that takes into account the volume or value of any referrals or business. Institution agrees that: (a) all claims that either Institution submit for reimbursement to any federal healthcare program or third party payer for any procedure that involves any Materials (defined below) provided by or on behalf of Sponsor or CRO at no cost to Institution will accurately reflect the provision of those Materials by or on behalf of Sponsor and/or CRO and (b) any equipment supplied by Sponsor or CRO for use in the Study will be used solely in connection with the Study and will be returned, in good working order not materially worse than that in which it was initially provided to Institution or Investigator, to Sponsor or CRO promptly upon completion or termination of the Study. Sponsor shall be solely liable to Institution for all amounts due under this Section 3. CRO is managing the Study for Sponsor, but shall not be liable to Institution for any amounts due under this Section 3. Investigator will be paid under the separate Agreement. Odměna. 11.1. Za služby poskytnuté podle této Xxxxxxx zaplatí AstraZenecaCZ Provozovateli odměnu v souladu s ujednáním v Příloze B. Strany potvrzují, že částky, které má společnost AstraZenecaCZ uhradit podle této Smlouvy, jsou přiměřenou celkovou odměnou představující spravedlivou tržní cenu za skutečně poskytnuté služby.
