ON-SITE REPRESENTATIVES. The Board recognizes the right of the Federation to designate On-Site Representatives at each of the covered school/areas to represent the employees in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. The On-Site Representative shall be an employee of the Board, but his/her duties as an On-Site Representative shall not conflict with his/her employment or that of the other employees. The On-Site Representative shall obtain prior approval of their supervisor before leaving their work for the purpose of representing employees under the terms of this Agreement. Should it be required that an On-Site Representative be released to represent an employee in grievance and/or arbitration proceedings such release time shall be without loss of pay and (s)he will report back to his/her supervisor immediately upon completion of such duties.

ON-SITE REPRESENTATIVES. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Indemnitees harmless from and against any Claims brought by any employee, contractor or agent of Vendor (each, a “On-Site Representative”) arising from or in connection with any activity or presence of such On-Site Representative at any Sprouts facility in connection with Products or the demonstration of promotions of Products to customers, including without limitation any: (i) injury to such On-Site Representative, family member or associate; and (ii) any losses or liabilities alleged by such On-Site Representative. In the event of any such Claim, Sprouts shall give notice thereof to Vendor and the procedures set forth in SECTION 2.3 above shall apply to such indemnification. The foregoing obligations stated in this SECTION 3 (“ON-SITE REPRESENTATIVES”) shall continue regardless of any expiration or termination of any agreement between Sprouts and Vendor, or any supply or failure to supply Products.

The District shall not unreasonably withhold its approval to an on-site representative to perform the duties of an on-site representative handling the FOPE matters shall be subject to compensation by the District.
ON-SITE REPRESENTATIVES. 49.1. In relation to each Ship, the On Site Representatives shall be permitted full and free access to the Ship and Shipyard and/or premises of Sub-Contractors at all times for the purpose of exercising their delegated authority provided that the On Site Representatives shall not obstruct or impede the Contractor’s construction of the Ship and shall comply with any relevant safety rules at the Shipyards and/or the premises of the Sub-contractor. 49.2. The Contractor shall, at its own cost and expense, provide the On Site Representatives with reasonable office accommodation within a single complex at the build location for up to thirty (30) staff consisting of: 49.2.1. a conference room for up to twenty staff with voice, video tele conferencing and presentation facilities; 49.2.2. for each member of the team of thirty (30) staff: 49.2.2.1. a desk and chair; 49.2.2.2. mains power connections; 49.2.2.3. high speed internet connection; and 49.2.2.4. telephone and connection; 49.2.3. a laser printer for A4 and A3 paper; 49.2.4. a A0 plotter for large Drawings; 49.2.5. a photocopier for A4 and A3 paper; 49.2.6. a scanner for A4 and A3 paper; 49.2.7. two (2) computers linked to the Contractor’s SDE (for access to design and support documentation and management information); 49.2.8. 15 lockable filing cabinets each with 4 drawers; 49.2.9. ready access to toilets and washrooms (male and female); 49.2.10. separate adjacent and lockable male/female changing rooms for storage of personal protective equipment; 49.2.10.1. an additional ten (10) lockers should be provided for visitors of the Authority Representative; 49.2.11. parking spaces for up to 20 vehicles adjacent to the office accommodation; 49.2.12. basic catering facilities (kitchen areas with sink, running hot and cold water, water boiler, refrigerator, microwave); and 49.2.13. office supplies and/or stationery up to a value of £150 GBP per month. 49.3. The accommodation for the Authority shall: 49.3.1. comply with the health and safety requirements set out in Part 5 of Schedule 2 (Project Management Specification); 49.3.2. comply with the physical security requirements of the Project Management Plan developed by the Contractor in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 2 (Project Management Specification); and 49.3.3. be satisfactory to the Authority as regards temperature, humidity, lighting and cleanliness. 49.4. ON-SITE REPRESENTATIVES. 1.8.1 If requested by Client, Client may have one or more employees or representatives on-site at the facilities providing the Services (“Client On-Site Reps”), at any time during the term of this Agreement. Vendor shall not be responsible for any costs of compensation, benefits, travel or similar expenses of Client On-Site Reps. Client’s On-Site Reps shall be answerable solely to Client, and shall have the authority to observe and monitor all facets of the Services for quality control purposes. Vendor shall provide Client On-Site Reps with office space and work environment, security access, utilities, supplies, telecommunications and network connections and access to all records of Vendor relating to the Services. Client On-Site Reps shall comply with all work place safety and security standards and other policies applicable to Vendor’s employees and servicers.

During the period the Aircraft and or Engine is in the Facility, CUSTOMER shall assign and designate, in writing, one or more person (the "On-Site Representative") to oversee KALITTA performance of the Services. ON-SITE REPRESENTATIVES. If any Service Provider of SA is required to go on-site to the offices of Client, Client agrees to follow all government guidelines pertaining to COVID-19 safety. If the Service Provider does not feel safe from COVID-19 on-site, or at the instruction of SA, that person may immediately leave, which shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement. The parties shall then work promptly and in good faith to determine a reasonable solution.
