FEDERATION RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES. A. Members of the Federation employed by the Board may be permitted to transact official Federation business on College property at reasonable times, provided there is no interference with or interruption of normal College operations and provided these activities do not interfere with their responsibilities.

Representatives of the HCCC Support Staff Federation, the New Jersey State Federation of Teachers, and the American Federation of Teachers shall be permitted to transact official Federation business on College property at all reasonable times, provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal College operations.
FEDERATION RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES. 3-1 Whenever a representative of the Federation or an Employee is mutually scheduled by the parties to participate during working hours in negotiations, grievance proceedings, hearings, conferences or meetings, the Employee or representative shall suffer no loss in pay.
FEDERATION RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES. Section 1. The VILLAGE agrees to release up to two (2) members of the bargaining unit from their regular job responsibilities in order that they may begin negotiations at a time mutually agreeable to both the bargaining unit and the VILLAGE with pay.

(a) The Board agrees to furnish to the Federation upon written request all available information concerning the financial resources of the district which are public records, including: Annual financial reports and audits, register of certified personnel, agendas, and minutes of all board meetings, census data, names and addresses of all teachers and such other information that shall enable the Federation to develop programs on behalf of teachers. With regard to information required to process a grievance, the Federation shall present a written request setting forth the precise information so required. The Board shall make every reasonable effort to comply with said request, subject to a written waiver provided by the bargaining unit member for access to his/her personnel record.
