OSHA Training. Resident Physician shall complete OSHA training, as set forth in the Resident Manual, no later than thirty (30) days after the commencement of the Term.
OSHA Training. If OSHA Training becomes a requirement by a lawful authority, all Members must attend an OSHA Training Class held in the month of their birth. All new Employees entering the workforce in this jurisdiction must attend a class in the month following their start of employment in the local. Refresher courses will be taken in the same manner as the basic class. All Classes will be funded thru the Apprenticeship Training Fund financed by the Employers.
OSHA Training. Pursuant to Section 292.675, RSMo, and consistent with all applicable federal, state, and municipal laws, Design-Builder will provide a ten-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety program for their on-site employees which includes a course in construction safety and health approved by OSHA or a similar program approved by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations which is at least as stringent as an approved OSHA program. All employees are required to complete the program within sixty days of beginning work on such construction project.
OSHA Training. All Subcontractors’ personnel shall have OSHA 10 hour Construction Training and Certification prior to working on any Contractor Project site. All supervisory personnel shall have OSHA 30 hour Construction Training and Certification. Personnel that are not trained will be asked to leave the Project site until certification is obtained. If the Project is in New York City, Subcontractor shall be responsible to comply with Local Law 196 of 2017 Construction Safety Training.
OSHA Training. The Employer shall not permit any journeyperson or apprentice to work unless such journeyperson or apprentice has completed the appropriate OSHA training as per OSHA regulations, and will comply with any other statutorily required training programs, such as, but not limited to, New York City Local Law 196. The Employer shall have the burden of proving that the joumeyperson or apprentice satisfied this requirement. The Union shall make every reasonable effort to provide timely OSHA, New York City Local Law 196, and related training and subsequent certifications at the Training Center.
OSHA Training. For Lot 11, all Temporary Personnel shall have completed the OSHA Ten (10) -hour Construction course and shall have completed additional training, including but not limited to, asbestos & lead awareness, lockout/tagout, hazard communication and confined space awareness. Upon first reporting to an Authorized User location assignment, the Temp MUST present the Authorized User with proof of the completion of the above listed courses, including all updates and renewals. Failure of the Temp to provide such documentation to the Authorized User when reporting for initial assignment shall result in the Authorized User rejecting the Temp.
OSHA Training. As used in this section the word “person” shall mean any natural person, joint venture, partnership, corporation or other business or legal entity. Any person submitting a bid for, or signing a contract to work on, the construction, reconstruction, alteration, remodeling or repair of any public work by the commonwealth, or political subdivision thereof, or by any county, city town, district, or housing authority, and estimated by the awarding authority to cost more than $10,000, and any person submitting a bid for, or signing a contract to work on, the construction, reconstruction, installation, demolition, maintenance or repair of any building by a public agency, estimated to cost more than $10,000, shall certify on the bid, or contract, under penalties of perjury, as follows:
(1) That he is able to furnish labor that can work in harmony with all other elements of labor employed or to be employed in the work; (2) that all employees to be employed at the worksite will have successfully completed a course in construction safety and health approved by the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration that is at least 10 hours in duration at the time the employee begins work and who shall furnish documentation of successful completion of said course with the first certified payroll report for each employee; and (3) that all employees to be employed in the work subject to this bid have successfully completed a course in construction safety and health approved by the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration that is at least 10 hours in duration. Any employee found on a worksite subject to this section without documentation of successful completion of a course in construction safety and health approved by the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration is at least 10 hours in duration shall be subject to immediate removal. The Attorney General, or his/her designee, shall have the power to enforce this section including the power to institute and prosecute proceedings in the superior court to restrain the award of contract and the performance of contracts in all cases where, after investigation of the facts, he has made a finding that the award or performance has resulted in violation, directly or indirectly of subsection (b), and he shall not be required to pay the clerk of the court an entry fee in connection with the institution of proceeding. OSHA Training. The bidder certifies that all employees to be employed at the worksite shall have successfully completed a course in construction safety and health approved by the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration that is at least ten (10) hours in duration at the time the employee begins work and shall furnish documentation of successful completion of said course with the first certified payroll report for each employee (Chapter 306 of the Acts of 2004).

No employer shall permit any JOURNEYPERSON or apprentice to work unless such JOURNEYPERSON or apprentice has completed the appropriate OSHA training as per OSHA regulations, and will comply with any other statutorily required training programs. The Employer shall have the burden of proving that the JOURNEYPERSON or apprentice satisfied this requirement. Journeymen or Apprentices who fail to successfully obtain OSHA certification and lead training by May 1, 2011, or within 3 months of their initial date of employment, whichever is longer, shall be prohibited from working. Rule No. 12 - Safety Training for Foremen. In addition to the training required in Rule No. 11, all foremen must attend a minimum of eight (8) hours of safety training per calendar year.
