Participation Procedure. 21.4.1 Participation is limited to employees who are probationary, permanent, or part-time, working three (3) hours or more per day for the school year (185 days) or 220+ days for other positions and classifications. 21.4.2 The Professional Growth Application, which can be obtained from the Human Resources web page, may be submitted to the Committee chairperson in person, through regular mail, or by email. If returned by regular mail, an email to the Chairperson confirming that the application was mailed is required. The application must be submitted within thirty (30) working days after completion of any professional growth activity. The committee will review the application and respond in writing to the applicant within ten (10) working days of the Professional Growth Committee meeting immediately following submission of the application. 21.4.3 An employee must submit a Professional Growth Application to the Professional Growth Committee Chairperson for approval by the last working day of May. Coursework taken after May 31st can be submitted and will be applied to the current fiscal year as long as the application and verification deadlines are met. A verification of satisfactory completion of all activities must be presented to the committee chairperson by June 30 of each year. 21.4.4 Upon completion of a course or training, the employee will submit verification of completion, and for grade coursework verification of passing g r a d e ( i.e. transcripts, course certification, time sheet, course schedule, grade verification), to the Professional Growth Committee Chairperson. 21.4.5 Credit will be recommended by the committee based upon official evidence of the successful completion of the professional growth activity. 21.4.6 Award of the increment shall become effective on July lst, if recommended by the committee. 21.4.7 Only one (1) increment can be earned each year. 21.4.8 A maximum of seven (7) increments may be earned during the term of employment.

Participation Procedure. In order to commence participation in the Plan, an Eligible Employee must complete and timely deliver to the Corporation the following forms: (i) one or more of the Deferral Agreements referred to above; (ii) a Distribution Election Form which applies to one or more of the Accounts for which Deferrals are elected; and (iii) a Beneficiary Designation Form which applies to the Accounts.

Upon completion of a course or other training, the employee shall fill out the “verification of completion” portion of the professional growth form and submit the form, along with appropriate documentation of satisfactory completion of the course to the Professional Growth Committee no later than October 1. Documentation may include, but is not limited to, transcripts, course certification or time sheets signed by the presenter. 6. Credit will be recommended by the committee based upon official evidence of the successful completion of the professional growth activity. 7. The committee will present to the Superintendent a listing of all candidates eligible for an increment not later than October 15th of the following fiscal year. For example Oct. 15, 2013 for increments earned in 2013-2014. 8. Award of the increment shall become effective on July 1st, if recommended by the committee. 9. Increments will be pro-rated for each ten (10) units of approved credit. Payment will be on a per diem basis to be reflected in the payroll not later than November 30th of any given year. 10. A maximum of ten (10) increments may be earned during the term of employment. 11. In order to receive payments for an increment, the individual must be an employee at the time the increment is earned. One otherwise eligible, who does not satisfy this requirement, shall be restored to eligibility if the individual is re-employed within thirty- nine (39) months.   • Program Participation By participating in the CRF Program, Grantee agrees to: a. Not increase any Eligible Household’s rent through January 2021; b. Waive all costs, fees and charges incurred by Eligible Households as a result of non- payment or partial payment of rent during the impacted months; c. Not consider non-payment or partial payment by Eligible Households during impacted months when considering renewal of an Eligible Household’s lease, or, share this information with other rental properties, credit bureaus and tenant screening companies; d. Not initiate new Eligible Household evictions for non-payment of rent and must suspend all pending evictions of Eligible Households for nonpayment of rent for the duration of the rental payment assistance; e. Not issue a notice to vacate to Eligible Households for nonpayment of rent until the end of the Eviction Relief Period; and f. Not require Eligible Households to vacate the unit until 30 days after such notice.

  • COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM PARTICIPATION Arkansas' Purchasing Law provides that local public procurement units (counties, municipalities, school districts, certain nonprofit corporations, etc.) may participate in state purchasing contracts.   • L/C Participations (a) The Issuing Lender irrevocably agrees to grant and hereby grants to each L/C Participant, and, to induce the Issuing Lender to issue Letters of Credit hereunder, each L/C Participant irrevocably agrees to accept and purchase and hereby accepts and purchases from the Issuing Lender, on the terms and conditions hereinafter stated, for such L/C Participant’s own account and risk an undivided interest equal to such L/C Participant’s Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage in the Issuing Lender’s obligations and rights under and in respect of each Letter of Credit issued hereunder and the amount of each draft paid by the Issuing Lender thereunder. Each L/C Participant unconditionally and irrevocably agrees with the Issuing Lender that, if a draft is paid under any Letter of Credit for which the Issuing Lender is not reimbursed in full by the Borrower through a Revolving Credit Loan or otherwise in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, such L/C Participant shall pay to the Issuing Lender upon demand at the Issuing Lender’s address for notices specified herein an amount equal to such L/C Participant’s Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage of the amount of such draft, or any part thereof, which is not so reimbursed. (b) Upon becoming aware of any amount required to be paid by any L/C Participant to the Issuing Lender pursuant to Section 3.4(a) in respect of any unreimbursed portion of any payment made by the Issuing Lender under any Letter of Credit, the Issuing Lender shall notify each L/C Participant of the amount and due date of such required payment and such L/C Participant shall pay to the Issuing Lender the amount specified on the applicable due date. If any such amount is paid to the Issuing Lender after the date such payment is due, such L/C Participant shall pay to the Issuing Lender on demand, in addition to such amount, the product of (i) such amount, times (ii) the daily average Federal Funds Rate as determined by the Administrative Agent during the period from and including the date such payment is due to the date on which such payment is immediately available to the Issuing Lender, times (iii) a fraction the numerator of which is the number of days that elapse during such period and the denominator of which is 360. A certificate of the Issuing Lender with respect to any amounts owing under this Section shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error. With respect to payment to the Issuing Lender of the unreimbursed amounts described in this Section, if the L/C Participants receive notice that any such payment is due (A) prior to 1:00 p.m. on any Business Day, such payment shall be due that Business Day, and (B) after 1:00 p.m. on any Business Day, such payment shall be due on the following Business Day. (c) Whenever, at any time after the Issuing Lender has made payment under any Letter of Credit and has received from any L/C Participant its Revolving Credit Commitment Percentage of such payment in accordance with this Section, the Issuing Lender receives any payment related to such Letter of Credit (whether directly from the Borrower or otherwise), or any payment of interest on account thereof, the Issuing Lender will distribute to such L/C Participant its pro rata share thereof; provided, that in the event that any such payment received by the Issuing Lender shall be required to be returned by the Issuing Lender, such L/C Participant shall return to the Issuing Lender the portion thereof previously distributed by the Issuing Lender to it.

  • SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION AND DVBE PARTICIPATION REPORTING REQUIREMENTS a. If for this Contract Contractor made a commitment to achieve small business participation, then Contractor must within 60 days of receiving final payment under this Contract (or within such other time period as may be specified elsewhere in this Contract) report to the awarding department the actual percentage of small business participation that was achieved. (Govt. Code § 14841.) b. If for this Contract Contractor made a commitment to achieve disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE) participation, then Contractor must within 60 days of receiving final payment under this Contract (or within such other time period as may be specified elsewhere in this Contract) certify in a report to the awarding department: (1) the total amount the prime Contractor received under the Contract; (2) the name and address of the DVBE(s) that participated in the performance of the Contract; (3) the amount each DVBE received from the prime Contractor; (4) that all payments under the Contract have been made to the DVBE; and (5) the actual percentage of DVBE participation that was achieved. A person or entity that knowingly provides false information shall be subject to a civil penalty for each violation. (Mil. & Vets. Code § 999.5(d); Govt. Code § 14841.)

  • Committee Participation 9.01 Except as otherwise provided in this Collective Agreement, an Employee (or the Employee’s alternate) who is a member and attends meetings of a committee established by the Employer, shall be paid at the Employee’s Basic Rate of Pay for attendance at such meetings. Such participation shall be voluntary.
