Paydays and Pay Periods. Monthly salaried employees are paid once each month. Other than those issued for work in December, checks for the current month's work are presented and payable the last working day of the month. No more than two (2) pay period adjustments that affect an employee’s current status of “twelve (12) equal installments” are allowed. On the third pay period adjustment, the twelve (12) equal installment status will be revoked for the remainder of the school year. b. An employee or the District may request a temporary out of position placement without penalty to the employee’s twelve (12) equal installment status. c. If the District identifies a position that it believes will have inconsistent hours that will result in regular workday payroll adjustments, the employee will be advised that the twelve (12) equal installment option is not available. d. Any scheduled work day that is canceled and rescheduled will not affect the employee’s twelve (12) equal installment status unless the employee fails to work on the rescheduled day. Pay periods shall begin on the 16th of each month and end on the 15th of each month.
