Professional Growth Reimbursement. All proposed coursework must be work related and shall be submitted for approval by the employee to Human Resources per the guidelines in 7.4.5 on District forms prior to enrollment. The District will reimburse the employee a maximum of $1,250.00 per fiscal year for expenses incurred. Written verification of successful completion and expense vouchers must be submitted for reimbursement within six (6) months of completion.

Professional Growth Reimbursement. The Board shall establish a tuition reimbursement fund and employees may request reimbursement from this fund for three hundred dollars ($300.00) per semester hour under the following conditions:
Professional Growth Reimbursement. The District may grant professional growth reimbursement to permanent Unit employees under the conditions specified below:
Professional Growth Reimbursement. In an effort to encourage teachers to continue their professional training, the Board will reimburse, subject to the limitations contained herein, up to three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) per year per full and part-time teacher to be used for approved Professional Growth activities which may include graduate courses, travel, workshops, conventions, or any other professional activities which develop local and national leadership of teachers in District 29. Teachers are expected to complete rigorous and non- repetitive coursework that will significantly enhance their teaching skills and knowledge. Payment shall be made in accordance with the Professional Growth Committee's guidelines. Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, the Board reserves the sole right to grant or deny any reimbursements which shall result in aggregate annual professional growth reimbursements to all teachers in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00). Payment for summer courses or reimbursable summer workshops shall be repaid to the District if a teacher resigns or retires prior to the beginning of the following school year.
Professional Growth Reimbursement. The Board recognizes that it shares with its staff responsibility for the upgrading and updating of employee performance and attitudes. The Board and the Association support the principle of graduate training of employees and the improvement of instructions.

  • Expense Reimbursement The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time.
