Project Issue. (a) Before each weekly hire employee commences work on the Project, the Employer shall issue the employee with: (i) one pair of approved safety footwear; (ii) four pairs of standard issue long pants and four standard-issue shirts or four pairs of overalls (employee choice); (iii) one hard hat designating the name of the employee and the employer; and (iv) one pair of approved safety glasses either tinted or non-tinted. Employees with prescription glasses will be issued with monogoggles or have their prescription safety glasses face hardened (employee choice). (b) Once issued, personal protective equipment must be worn. Hard hats, safety glasses and safety footwear must be worn at all times other than whilst in offices and crib sheds. (c) An employee who resigns within three months of receiving the issue may have the pro-rata cost withheld from their final pay. (d) An employee engaged as a casual who does not possess suitable personal protective equipment will receive: (i) one pair of approved safety footwear; (ii) two pairs of standard issue long pants and two standard-issue shirts or two pairs of overalls (employee choice); (iii) one hard hat designating the name of the employee and the Employer; and (iv) one pair of approved safety glasses either tinted or non-tinted. Employees with prescription glasses will be issued with monogoggles or have their prescription safety glasses face hardened (employee choice). (e) Reissue shall be on the basis of fair wear and tear provided the worn out item is produced for replacement. (f) Where an employee transfers between Project employers and has already received an issue of approved protective safety footwear, the employee shall only be eligible for any re-issue on the basis of fair wear and tear provided the worn out item is produced for replacement. An employee who receives an issue of personal protective equipment as part of the Employer's policy shall not be entitled to additional issues under this clause. (g) The Employer shall issue, on a loan basis, all safety equipment and protective clothing necessary for specific work tasks. Requisite safety equipment shall be worn. (h) The Employer shall make available quality sun screen (minimum SPF 15+) and substantial add on shade brims for employees engaged on outside work.

Project Issue. Upon commencement on the Project, every weekly employee will be issued with the following protective clothing, equipment and footwear:
Project Issue. (1) Upon commencement on the Project the Company will issue the employee with: (A) One pair of approved safety footwear. (B) For employees who are assigned to the Project for more than 1 month, four pairs of standard issue long pants and four standard-issue shirts or alternatively, four pairs of overalls (employee choice). Employees required to continue working on site for longer than a month between June and September shall be supplied with a "bluey" jacket of Norwellan Bluey type of 14oz material. The bluey jacket will be replaced on the anniversary of receiving the jacket provided the previous jacket is produced and handed in to the employer. Each employee issued with clothing will wear the same without alteration or addition. (C) One hard hat (with substantial add-on shade 'brim') designating the employee’s and Company’s names. (D) One pair of approved safety glasses (either tinted or non- tinted). Employees with prescription glasses will be issued with monogoggles or have approved safety glasses fitted with prescription lenses (employee choice). It is a condition of issue and of employment that the issued equipment shall be worn whilst on site. Replacement of issued equipment that is lost by the employee is the responsibility of the employee. An employee who resigns within 3 months of receiving the issue may have the pro-rata cost withheld from their final pay. Hard hats, safety glasses and safety foot wear must be worn at all times other than whilst in offices and crib sheds. Reissue shall be on the basis of fair wear and tear provided the worn out item is produced for replacement. An employee who loses parts of the issue will be required to purchase necessary replacements. Where an employee transfers to the Project with the Company, or between Project employers; and has already received an issue of approved protective safety footwear, they will only be eligible for any re-issue on the basis of fair wear and tear provided the worn out item is produced for replacement. Employees who receive their issue of protective safety equipment as part of their employer's policy will not be entitled to additional issues under this clause.

Note: Employees with prescription glasses will be issued with monogoggles, or have their prescription glasses face-hardened (employee choice). At all times while on Site (other than in offices and crib sheds), employees must wear their hardhat, safety glasses and boots, and carry on their person monogoggles and hearing protection. Reissue of protective clothing, equipment and footwear will be on the basis of reasonable wear and tear, provided the worn out item is produced for replacement. However, an employee who loses all or part of the issue will be required to purchase replacements. An employee who resigns within three months of receiving the issue may have the pro-rata cost deducted from their termination payment.

  • Project Initiation i - Upon final execution of the Agreement with the DISTRICT, the ARCHITECT shall: ♦ Review the Program Management Plan (PMP) with the DISTRICT and its representatives to familiarize them with the proposed tasks and schedule and develop necessary modifications. The PMP defines the Program Master Schedule and Budgets and each Project scope and budget. ii - Within the first week following execution of the Agreement, meet with the DISTRICT and its representatives to prepare a detailed task analysis and work plan for documentation in a computer-generated project schedule. iii - This task analysis and work plan will identify specific tasks including, but not limited to: ♦ interviews, ♦ data collection ♦ analysis, ♦ report preparation, ♦ planning, ♦ Architectural programming, concepts and schematic design preparation and estimating that are part of the work of the Project. Also identified will be milestone activities or dates, specific task responsibilities, required completion times necessary for the review and approval by the DISTRICT and by all regulatory agencies and additional definition of deliverables. iv - Participate in a general Project kick-off meeting to include the ARCHITECT, appropriate sub-consultants, and DISTRICT staff. v - The project kick-off meeting will introduce key team members from the DISTRICT and the ARCHITECT to each other, defining roles and responsibilities relative to the Project. vi - Identify and review pertinent information and/or documentation necessary from the DISTRICT for the completion of the Project. vii - Review and explain the overall project goals, general approach, tasks, work plan and procedures and deliverable products of the Project. viii - Review and explain the task analysis and Project work plan for all parties present; determine any adjustments or fine tuning that needs to be made to the work plan. ix - Review documentation of the Project kick-off meeting prepared by the DISTRICT’S representative and comment prior to distribution. x - Base Drawings and Site Survey Information

  • Project Implementation The Borrower shall:

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Project Completion The Contractor agrees to schedule a final job walk with the County. If required, the County will prepare a list of incomplete items, the “Punch List”. The Contractor agrees to complete the “Punch List” corrections and schedule a final project completion job walk. The County will sign the “Punch List” as completed when determined, the project is finished. The Contractor agrees to submit the following along with its final payment request:

  • Completion of Work The Contractor agrees to complete the work on, or before October 29, 2021.

  • Project Delivery Contractor shall construct the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents, and Contractor shall deliver the Project completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, substantially free from defects, and within the Contract Time.

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in xxxxx, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.
