Promotion and Training. 2.1 Prior to its publication and release, Equifax must review and approve all CreditComm-created advertising, marketing and promotional material that describes Equifax credit information or which refers to the nature or capabilities of Equifax or Equifax credit information, or otherwise mentions or refers to Equifax by name. This includes samples of the products CreditComm will deliver to consumers which will contain Equifax information. Further, prior to its publication and release, Equifax must review and approve all advertising, marketing and promotional material regarding Equifax credit information that CreditComm proposes to provide to Creditors and consumers; and that Creditors propose to provide to consumers regarding the CreditCompare and Credit Monitoring services. Equifax will be provided a minimum of ten business days in which to review and approve advertising, marketing and promotional material.
Promotion and Training. Upon a reasonable request by Medtronic and subject to staff and support availability, Supplier will assist Medtronic in preparing promotional, marketing and training literature and instructions for the Products, including any artwork, will conduct training courses and seminars to educate medical professionals on the use of Products and their use in connection with Medtronic's medical devices and for training its marketing, sales, and distribution groups, and will provide Medtronic with training related to the sale of Products. Medtronic shall reimburse Supplier for travel and other out-of-pocket costs reasonably incurred by Supplier in connection with such training upon submission by Supplier of appropriate documentation thereof.
Promotion and Training. Upon the reasonable request by Medtronic, Supplier will assist Medtronic in preparing promotional, marketing and training literature and instructions for the Products’ functionality within the Medtronic Products, including any artwork, and will conduct training courses and seminars to educate medical professionals and Medtronic personnel with respect to the Products’ functionality and use with the Medtronic Products. Further, upon the reasonable request of Medtronic, Supplier shall provide training to Medtronic personnel with respect to final testing of the Products after such Products have been incorporated into or combined with a Medtronic Product. Medtronic shall pay Supplier a reasonable and customary per diem rate for each Volcano employee providing services to Medtronic pursuant to this Section 2.2, provided that such services are not otherwise required under the License Agreement to be provided by Volcano to Medtronic. Further, Medtronic shall reimburse Supplier for travel, direct and indirect costs, and other out-of-pocket costs reasonably incurred by Supplier in connection with such training upon submission by Supplier of appropriate documentation thereof.
Promotion and Training. EQUIFAX will have the opportunity to review and approve CRA-created advertising, marketing and promotional material that describes EQUIFAX Credit Information in detail or which refers to the nature or capabilities of EQUIFAX or EQUIFAX Credit Information, or otherwise mentions or refers to EQUIFAX by name. CRA is responsible for training Qualified Subscribers in the use of EQUIFAX Credit Information and for developing and distributing training materials as it reasonably believes are necessary or useful to enable Qualified Subscribers to use EQUIFAX Credit Information. EQUIFAX will have the opportunity to review and the right to approve material regarding EQUIFAX Credit Information that CRA proposes to provide to Qualified Subscribers.
Promotion and Training. 3.1 UNIMED agrees that it shall have a field sales force consisting of ten (10) sales representatives to Co-promote the PRODUCT. UNIMED shall at its own expense, and not later than ninety (90) days from the date of this Agreement, hire no less than six (6) sales representatives to Co-promote the PRODUCT. UNIMED agrees to commence promoting the Product as soon as its first six (6) sales representatives have been trained by ROXAXX xx hereinafter provided. UNIMED's sales representatives shall be full-time employees, who devote all of their efforts to the promotion of the Product and/or other UNIMED pharmaceuticals, including any other pharmaceuticals co-promoted by UNINED. Any expenses incurred by UNIMED's sales representatives during its Co-promotional activities shall be paid by UNIMED. In the event that UNIMED's sales force detailing this Product shall number less than six (6) for a period exceeding sixty (60) days, ROXAXX xxxll have the option of terminating this Agreement. UNIMED agrees to submit its sales representatives to ROXAXX xxx training and education with respect to the Product, which training shall not exceed two (2) consecutive days; the training will not be unlike the training ROXAXX xxxvides to its own sales representatives. The costs to develop the training materials and of the actual training shall be paid by ROXAXX. Xxy incidental expense, including the costs for the transportation, food and lodging incurred in training UNIMED's personnel shall be paid by UNIMED. The parties shall mutually agree as to the time of training and education, including continuing education; it being recognized that training will be provided in Columbus, Ohio, unless otherwise agreed, as soon as ROXAXX xxx reasonably schedule such training after notification from UNIMED that it has a sufficient number of personnel to fill a training class. The initial training class to consist of not less than six (6) persons and all subsequent classes to consist of not less than two(2) persons. 3.2 ROXAXX xxxl not later than twenty-one (21) days after the execution of the Agreement provide to UNIMED a list of those physicians, pharmacists, nurses, hospitals, hospices, and other members of the health care community it does not wish UNIMED's sales representatives to call upon for the purpose of making sales calls on the Product. Promotion and Training. 3.1 CREDCO must provide to EQUIFAX and EQUIFAX shall have the right to review and approve all advertising, marketing and promotional materials with respect to any type or types of any Merge Report or Single Report that mention or refer to EQUIFAX or EQUIFAX affiliates by name, or that do not refer to EQUIFAX or EQUIFAX affiliates by name, but that indicates that the credit information of the individual repositories is, in general, inaccurate, or materially misleading, whether created by CREDCO itself or by any other person or entity for CREDCO's benefit ("Material"). Further, prior to the publication and release of any Material, CREDCO shall provide EQUIFAX with an opportunity to review and approve such Material, and CREDCO will not publish or release such Material without EQUIFAX's approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld. CREDCO shall provide EQUIFAX with copies of all materials that refer to national credit bureaus generically, but that do not disparage the accuracy of the credit information of any bureau, within ten (10) business days after publication and release. All materials provided to EQUIFAX hereunder are considered to be confidential information of CREDCO for purposes of this Agreement. With respect to any material provided to EQUIFAX hereunder that includes the name of an intended recipient, CREDCO may omit such name or other identifying information of such intended recipients if the recipients are CREDCO customers or consumers, provided CREDCO identifies to EQUIFAX the recipients as CREDCO Customers or consumers. CREDCO will use its best efforts to prevent Third Party Marketers and Creditors from circumventing EQUIFAX's rights under this Section 3.1, including but not limited to, incorporating an appropriate provision in the New Third Party Marketer/Creditor Agreement for such purpose. For the purposes of this Section 3.1, if CREDCO has provided EQUIFAX with any Material, Credo will not be required to provide to EQUIFAX any subsequent versions of such Material that are not materially different from the Material previously provided for EQUIFAX's review prior to release and publication. However, CREDCO shall provide EQUIFAX with copies of such Material within a reasonable period of time of its publication and release. 3.2 CREDCO shall be responsible for training "qualified" Subscribers, Third Party Marketers and their Creditors, and Creditors, in which no Third Party Marketer is involved, in the use by "qualified" Subscribers of the EQ...

Promotion and Training. To the extent Broker directly uses the Equifax name, Broker will seek Equifax approval of marketing collateral prior to its publication and release whether such marketing collateral is produced directly by Broker or pursuant to an agreement with a third party marketer. All other Broker-created advertising, marketing and promotional material that describes Equifax Credit Information or which refers to the nature or capabilities of Equifax or Equifax Credit Information will follow the guidelines supplied by Equifax in Exhibits A and B. Compliance with the suggestions of the marketing guidelines may be subject to audit by Equifax. If applicable, Equifax will be provided a minimum of five (5) business days in which to review and approve advertising, marketing and promotional material.

Within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar quarter in which costs were incurred, Supplier will send Company an invoice specifying the Actual Cost of services and support provided in the just-ended quarter and the payment due. Within thirty (30) days of receiving each such invoice, Company will make a payment to Supplier for the full amount due.
Promotion and Training. (a) MSNI shall provide sales and marketing training and support to Affiliate as reasonably necessary to assist in the marketing and promotion of the Merchant Services. All sales representatives of MSNI shall be assigned by MSNI and shall provide prompt and reasonable response on all sales and service requests. (b) MSNI shall supply to Affiliate, without cost, from time to time, at Affiliate’s place of business, reasonable quantities of MSNI’s advertising and selling literature, as designed and made available by MSNI, which would be helpful in procuring orders for the Merchant Services. MSNI shall strive diligently to maintain and enhance the reputation, usefulness, and acceptance of the Merchant Services, and in all reasonable and proper ways to assist Affiliate in promoting the Merchant Services.
