Marketing and Training. Company shall develop a sales, marketing, and customer service program and provide such training and marketing to Ordering Clinicians at the reasonable request of Anthem. Such program will include physician office training, education, fulfillment, and support.
Marketing and Training. Lucid will furnish to Partner online or print documentation, tools and other items to the extent Lucid generally furnishes such information to its other resellers of the Services. Partner will use such items only in furtherance of its obligations under this Agreement. Partner may participate in any training generally offered and made available by Lucid without charge to its other resellers for access and use of the Services. Partner will bear all costs and expenses incurred by it or its personnel in attending such training.

The Parties will also: (i) create a marketing campaign to gain user recognition; (ii) test the market assure acceptance of pricing, and (iii) set milestones for total cartridge sales. All costs pertaining to marketing shall be agreed upon by the Parties and equally split by the Parties.
11.2 Company shall provide, at its own expense, the following training and support:
(i) remote training for sales representatives; (ii) mechanical support; (iii) technical support; and
(iv) troubleshooting support. Notwithstanding the foregoing, such training and support shall not be for an unreasonable amount of time, such reasonableness which the Company may determine in its discretion. Distributor may also request certain on-site training, which the Company may, in its discretion, accept or reject. In the event the Company provides any such on-site training, unless otherwise agreed to by the Company, the Distributor shall pay for any pre-approved reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by the Company and/or its employees/contractors relating to such on-site training, including without limitation travel expenses.

In the event the Company provides any such on-site training, unless otherwise agreed to by the Company, the Distributor shall pay for any pre-approved reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by the Company and/or its employees/contractors relating to such on- site training.

Marketing and Training a. Co-branded brochures and other marketing, advertising and promotional materials may be created by either Party for the Interface Kit subject to the trademark licenses granted below and the approval of such materials by the other Party as outlined below.
b. EPMD shall be responsible to perform commercially reasonable marketing efforts with respect to the Interface Kit. Biosense shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to reference the Interface Kits to its customers and other third parties. Both parties must perform such efforts in an honest and professional manner and in conformance with applicable legal requirements and accepted industry standards.
c. Biosense hereby grants to EPMD, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, license to use the Biosense trademarks identified in Appendix B, as may be amended by Biosense from time to time (the “Biosense Marks”) and the Biosense Xxxxxxx, Inc. name (the “Biosense Name”) for the term of this Agreement, solely in connection with the marketing, advertising and promotion of the Interface Kit. The manner in which the Biosense Marks and the Biosense Name may appear, if at all, on any and all marketing, advertising and promotional materials of EPMD shall be subject to Biosense’s prior written approval, which approval may be granted or withheld in Biosense’s sole discretion. Prior to the distribution or use of any such marketing, advertising and promotional materials, EPMD shall provide Biosense copies of any such materials for Biosense’s approval or disapproval. Biosense shall notify EPMD of Biosense’s approval or disapproval of such proposed materials, which approval or disapproval may be granted or withheld in Biosense’s sole discretion. No materials shall be deemed approved by Biosense unless written approval is given. EPMD acknowledges Biosense’s exclusive ownership of the Biosense Marks and the Biosense Name and all proprietary rights therein. EPMD shall not (i) acquire or assert any trademark or other proprietary rights in the Biosense Marks or Biosense Name or (ii) harm, misuse or bring into disrepute the Biosense Marks or Biosense Name

Marketing and Training. 6.1 powerize will use its best efforts to market and sell advertising for the Service utilizing print media, radio, Internet and other means. powerize will also use its best efforts to establish relationships with other information portals to provide linking to and joint registrations for the Service.
6.2 Promotional materials prepared by or for powerize which mention the Licensed Materials, B&H or use the Trademarks shall be submitted to B&H for prior approval before they are published. For promotional material that does not materially differ from previously approved promotional material, the prior approval requirement shall be waived so long as powerize provides B&H with at least one copy of the material within a reasonable time of its use in commerce. B&H and powerize will create a list of Publishers who agree to have their names and/or logos used in powerize advertising, and powerize will be free to use those names/logos in advertising without additional approval from B&H or Publishers.
6.3 If requested by B&H, powerize will provide reasonable training to B&H in the use of the Service. Such reasonable training shall be at no additional cost and subject to such reasonable limitations in time, scope and attendance as agreed by the parties hereto.
Marketing and Training. Each Party shall ensure that all Advertising Inventory is accurately represented in its marketing material. Each Party shall provide the other Party with copies of all marketing materials which in any way reference the other Party and each Party shall have the right to approve any reference to its company or its products or services before any such material is distributed to any third party. In addition, Net2Phone shall from time to time provide Microsoft with Net2Phone Affiliate Advertising Network information regarding products, performance, effectiveness and best practices.
Marketing and Training. 4.1 The Distributor will use its best efforts to promote and develop the sales of the Products throughout the Territory.
4.2 In order to exercise its best efforts to promote and develop the sales of the Products throughout the Territory, the Distributor undertakes to comply with the following:
4.2.1 The Distributor shall throughout the duration of this Agreement ensure that its sales personnel regularly visit the business premises of all existing and potential customers for the Products in the Territory and attempt to obtain orders therefor and in addition, the Distributor agrees to visit and attempt to obtain orders for the Products from any persons to whom they may be directed by the Company.
4.2.2 The Distributor shall also make such presentations to existing and potential customers for the Products in the Territory to generate publicity and interest in the Products and to increase and develop sales in the Products. The Distributor shall also make such arrangements for the distribution of the Products within the Territory as it considers most suitable at its own expenses.
4.2.3 The Distributor shall make presentations and demonstrate the uses and functions of the Products in seminars, fairs, forums and exhibitions, both public and private, to promote sales of the Products, as well as over the Internet, subject to the prior approval of the Company and shall bear the expenses of participating in such seminars, fairs, forums and exhibitions and the demonstration costs thereof where the presentations are held on a local basis and for a local market. Where the presentations and demonstrations of use and functions of the Products are to customers and potential customers in a global market, the Company shall share the expenses of conducting such presentations with the Distributor on a scale agreed case by case basis by both parties.
4.2.4 Demonstration copy The Company shall supply the Distributor with a copy of the Products ("Demonstration Copy") for demonstration purposes and the Distributor shall provide the infrastructure for the demonstration of the use of the Products, such as a personal computer and equipment. The Distributor undertakes not to make copies of the Demonstration Copy and further undertakes to return the same upon the request of the Company without the Company having to assign a reason, or upon the termination or expiry of this Agreement whichever is earlier.
