QUOTATIONS AND PRICES. Prices and configurations advertised are subject to change without notice or obligation prior to acceptance of Customer’s Order. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling, or applicable sales taxes unless specifically listed, and these may be added to the price you pay. Any existing or new taxes or fees charged by any governmental authority will be added to your invoice. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the online portal contains the most up to date price information. Customer further agrees that written quotes automatically expire sixty (60) calendar days from the date issued and are subject to termination by notice within that period.

QUOTATIONS AND PRICES. 1. Prices shall be from the manufacturing plant plus any applicable statutory value added tax. A Discount scheme shall apply to Article 7, no. 2. 2. The standard range shall be those items featured and described in our catalogue. Unless expressly quoted as net prices or otherwise agreed, the gross prices applicable at the time of delivery shall apply to these items ex works, including basic packaging, and shall be subject to change. 3. The minimum net order value shall be € 250.-. For deliveries up to this amount a surcharge of € 25.- ap- plies. We do not accept orders below € 100. 4. Items made to order shall be items manufactured in accordance with the purchaser's drawings, prototypes or other specifications. Unless expressly agreed to the contrary, these shall be quoted for at net prices ex works and excluding packaging. 5. List and catalogue prices shall not be binding. We shall always charge the prices applicable on the date of delivery. In particular, we shall be entitled to adjust prices if the price of raw materials required by us and any additional expenses associated therewith, e.g. import duties etc., increase. In the event of the price increase in this respect amounting to more than 10% of the previous applicable price, then the purchaser shall be entitled to withdraw from the agreement. 6. In the event of billing for certain tools being referred to in our prices and invoices as a price component, payment of this item shall in no way confer any rights over the tool on the part of the purchaser. Such tools shall merely refer to tools provided in order to supply the purchaser and the corresponding price elements shall represent purchaser and product-specific overheads apportioned to the purchaser, and for which the latter shall be invoiced. Insofar as the tools bear the name of the purchaser, this servers purely to allocate production resources to production for the relevant purchaser and shall in no way give rise to any rights on the part of the purchaser over the tool, in particular, not to ownership thereof. Nor would constructive possession shall arise as a result hereof.
QUOTATIONS AND PRICES. 3.1. Formal quotations are binding on the Company subject, nevertheless, to its right to increase the quoted price in accordance with condition 4. 3.2. Budget quotations and estimates are for guidance of the Customer only and are not binding on the Company. 3.3. No order placed by the Customer, nor any acceptance of a quotationby the Customer, shall be deemed to be accepted by the Company until an Acknowledgement of Order is issued by the Company or (if earlier) the Company delivers the Goods to the Customer or commences performance of the Services.

(d) Stenographical, typographical and clerical errors are subject to correction. (e) Prices quoted are for Products only and do not include technical data, proprietary rights of any kind, patent rights, qualification, environmental or other than UltraRF’s standard tests, and other than UltraRF’s normal domestic commercial packaging unless expressly agreed to in writing by UltraRF. (f) Published weights and dimensions are approximate only. Certified dimension drawings can be obtained upon request. Manuals, programs, listings, drawings or other documentation required hereunder must be referenced specifically.

Illustrations and descriptions of machines, both in quotations and in order confirmations and in catalogues, prospectuses etc. provided by us, never bind us with respect to the construction and exterior of the machines to be delivered. 3. Delivery times stated in the order confirmation can only be realised if we receive deliveries in good time. If we do not receive deliveries in good time, our delivery time may be extended by the same period. 4. We do not accept any liability with respect to a year of manufacture of a used machine that we state. 5. If we do not receive deliveries in time, we have a choice between extending our delivery time by the same period, terminating the agreement and offering a machine of the same make and type.

QUOTATIONS AND PRICES. 2.1 All quotations are based on current rates for labor, materials and overheads and with the understanding that the goods will be exported out of China. Quotations shall be valid for 30 days from the date upon which they were given, after which period they are subject to confirmation. 2.2 A quote is provided based on the 3D CAD model and detailed 2D drawings. Budgetary quotes may be generated based on dimensional prints, pictures, photos, 3D models or other parts representations, but quote will not be binding until final review of 3D CAD model. Any change to the 3D CAD model will require an updated quote. APT Mold reserves the right to inform XXXXX of lead time changes at placement of order. Quoted lead times reflect rapid tooling completion and T1 sample dates. Molding would require additional lead time. Lead time starts from Design for Manufacturing (DFM) confirmation. 2.3 Quotations are based on the 3D CAD model and material specification provided or approved by the BUYER, including tooling and molding quotation. XXXXX is responsible for ensuring that properties and performance of the resin selected meet the requirements of their application. Since dimensional tolerances are highly dependent on the material selected and on the part design, APT Mold will not guarantee that a specific tolerance will be met. Tool life is highly dependent on part design and material selection and any tool life estimations provided, either written or oral, are estimations only and may or may not be accurate. Unless negotiated otherwise, tooling life will not be guaranteed. 2.4 All quotations are based on our general tolerances unless drawings with tolerances are supplied. Our general tolerances are in line with industry standards. We use ISO DIN 2768 (f) for precision machined, metal parts, and ISO DIN 2768 (m) for machined plastic parts. We use DIN 16901 tolerance for plastic injection molding parts. 2.5 The BUYER must issue a hard or soft copy purchase order to APT Mold prior to project kick-off. Project start will begin on the receipt of final part data file. Revised part data received after project kick-off may affect pricing and lead time. In the event of design changes after receipt of a purchase order, the BUYER agrees to pay any additional cost that APT Mold may incur. For example if we start or even complete a job, and must re-start due to design changes, the BUYER agrees to pay for the costs incurred. 2.6 Miscellaneous expenses (such as courier, shipping & handlin...

Prices and rate of discount may be changed by Seller without any warning. Special quotations must be given in writing and must be limited and signed by Seller to be valid.
