Rates of Pay for Adult Employees. 20.1.1 As of 1st October 2006, the minimum 38 hour week ordinary time wage for the C10 base trade classification will be $799.96 (inclusive of 4% increase in accordance with clause 20.1.3). The minimum wage rates for all other classifications (including apprentice wage rates) shall be determined by applying the classification percentages in Clause 20.1.2
