Rates of Pay for Adult Employees. 5.1.1(a) Adult employees, other than those specified in 5.1.1(b), shall be entitled to receive the rate of pay for the relevant classification as set out in the table in 5.1.1
Rates of Pay for Adult Employees. 3.1.1 Employees shall be entitled to receive the rate of pay for the relevant classification as set out in the table in the relevant Schedule attached to this agreement. The wage levels and definitions of the classifications for each of the wage levels are set out in the following schedules:
(a) Schedule A – Metal, Engineering and Associated Industry employees.
Rates of Pay for Adult Employees. (a) Adult employees, other than those specified in (b) below, will be entitled to receive at least the rate of pay specified for the relevant classification as set out in Schedule A and B of this Agreement.
(b) The following adult employees are not entitled to receive the agreed rate of pay set out in (c) below: • Adult apprentices. • Employees receiving a supported wage. • Trainees.

Rates of Pay for Adult Employees. Classification of Rates of Pay Salaried Employees Management, Supervisors, Team Leaders and Technical Staff may be offered a salaried position. The salary will be determined by, but not exclusively to, qualifications, performance, position held, prior experience and length of service. These roles will also be benchmarked against the relevant agreement classification and rate of pay.

39.2.1 The following wage increases will apply to the ordinary time hourly rate of pay of all classifications covered by this agreement except as provided below:
39.2.2 These wage increases and allowances form part of the all purpose rate of pay in respect of employees covered by this Agreement.
39.2.3 These wage increases shall not be absorbed into any over award payments.
39.2.4 The wage increases shall apply from the first full pay period commencing on or after the dates indicated in section 39.2.1.
39.2.5 There shall be no further wage increases for the life of the Agreement.
