Progression Between Levels. 6.1 The Clinical Coder salary framework operates under the principle that employees will be progressed to the next salary level when they meet all the requirements as set out in the salary framework.
Progression Between Levels. (a) Progression from one level to the next level shall be by appointment and dependent upon the employee satisfying the requirements outlined in each level.
Progression Between Levels. Progression from one grade to another will occur through appointment to a position which primarily requires the exercise of skills and responsibilities characteristic of a particular grade, unless otherwise provided for under a Competency Based Agreement.
Progression Between Levels. Progression for an Employee from a lower to a higher level shall be based on competencies and criteria listed in the Classification Structure of this Agreement. An Employee may be accorded a higher classification subsequent to a performance review by the Employer. An Employee may seek a reclassification at any given time following which the Employer is obliged to undertake a performance review, however an Employee may only seek a review of their classification once in any 12 month period.
Progression Between Levels. Progression for a Therapist/Hygienist from a lower to a higher level shall be based on competencies and criteria listed in the Classification Structure of this Agreement. A Therapist/Hygienist may be accorded a higher classification subsequent to a performance review by the Employer. A Therapist/Hygienist may seek a reclassification at any given time following which the Employer is obliged to undertake a performance review.

Progression Between Levels. (a) The initial appointment to a level will be based on the Employee’s skill and competence and the position they were interviewed for and accepted.
Progression Between Levels. Upon attainment of qualifications and subject to the operational needs of the Hendra Plant, an employee may advance to the next level of pay. Multi-skilling is encouraged and employees shall be paid according to the skills and competencies of the position, if and when a vacancy occurs.
