REPORTING FOR WORK ALLOWANCE. 22.1 Employees reporting for work at their scheduled starting time and do not work four (4 ) full hours because of lack of work, will receive four (4) hours pay.

23.01 An employee who has already left the premises of the Company after completion of his scheduled shift and who is recalled to work, shall be paid at overtime rates of pay for all hours worked on call-in up to the starting time of his scheduled shift, but in any event, shall be guaranteed at least a sum equivalent to four (4) hours at his regular rate for each call-in.
REPORTING FOR WORK ALLOWANCE. 28.01 Employees reporting for work at their regular scheduled time, unless advised at least ten (10) hours in advance not to report, shall be provided with at least five (5) hours work in a ten (10) hour day or shall receive five (5) hours pay at their current regular hourly wage rate. This provision of pay in lieu of work shall not apply in the event of fire, lightning, storm, flood, power failure, or mechanical breakdowns, beyond the Company’s control, or other causes such as strikes, and work stoppages in connection with labour disputes.

21.03 A phone call to the employee’s last recorded phone number at least one (1) hour ahead of shift start-up shall constitute adequate notice.
REPORTING FOR WORK ALLOWANCE. 20.01 Any employee reporting for work at the start of his regular shift, without having been previously notified not to report, shall be given four (4) hours' work at his regular hourly rate or four (4) hours' pay in lieu thereof. Any employee not required for his regular shift, will be notified by 11:00 o'clock p.m. on the evening before such shift. It is the responsibility of all members of the bargaining unit to provide the Company with a valid telephone number where they can be contacted.
