Responsibilities of the Participant a) The Participant hereby confirms he / she is solely responsible for:
i) following and abiding to local laws in the Netherlands, in countries visited on the way to and from the destination, and while at the destination. STAR and/or the Committee bear no responsibility whatsoever for the behavior of the Participant during STAR MSC STRATEGIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP Conference Trip 2017. The Participant is obliged to acquire the necessary information about the local laws him or herself before departing to the destination;
ii) respecting and abiding to the rules and regulations of the various locations visited during STAR MSC STRATEGIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP Conference Trip 2017;
iii) arranging, at his or her own cost, insurance coverage for the whole travel period of STAR MSC STRATEGIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP Conference Trip 2017. STAR and/or the Committee will not take any insurance whatsoever on behalf of or for the Participants. The Participant is advised to seek advice from an expert in the field of insurance regarding STAR MSC STRATEGIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP Conference Trip 2017, and hereby releases STAR and the Committee from any liability;
iv) possessing an internationally valid passport, with a minimum validity necessary for the destination after the date of arrival in the destination. This should be arranged at least one month before departure.
v) arranging, at his or her own cost, a valid personal visa for the duration of the travel period in the destination. This should be done at least two months before departure.
vi) arranging, at his or her own cost, all necessary vaccinations required or advised for the destination of STAR MSC STRATEGIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP Conference Trip 2017. The Participant is advised to seek advice from an expert in the field of vaccinations regarding the destination of STAR MSC STRATEGIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP Conference Trip 2017;
vii) arranging formal attire, which the Participant is obliged to wear during company visits that are part of STAR MSC STRATEGIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP Conference Trip 2017; and
viii) following and abiding to the directions as laid out by the Committee.
b) In case of non-compliance with any or multiple article(s) mentioned under Article 4.a STAR holds the right to exclude the Participant from STAR MSC STRATEGIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP Conference Trip 2017. In such a case, the Committee holds the right to replace the Participant with another Participant at its own discretion. However, costs of the trip will not be refunded.
Responsibilities of the Participant. 1. The participant is obligated to respect and follow the local laws in the Netherlands, in countries visited on the way to and from the destination, and while at the destination. STAR bears no responsibility whatsoever for the behavior of the participant during the STAR IBA Freshmen Weekend. The participant is obliged to acquire the necessary information about the local laws him or herself before departing to the destination.
2. The participant is obliged to pay for any damage to the location caused by themselves in case it happened on purpose. The consequences of the damage will be determined by the committee and STAR, depending on the seriousness of the damage.
3. The participant is allowed to drink alcohol, under the condition that the participant is eighteen years or older, but should drink responsibly.
4. The participant is not allowed to use drugs or bring drugs to the location. In case the participant does not comply with this, the participant will be sent home on his or her own cost. The participant fee will not be refunded.
5. The participant is obliged to respect the rules and regulations of the various locations visited during the STAR IBA Freshmen Weekend.
6. The participant is responsible for arranging, at his or her own cost, insurance coverage for the whole travel period of the STAR IBA Freshmen Weekend. STAR will not take any insurance whatsoever on behalf of or for the participants. The participant is obliged to seek advice from an expert in the field of insurance regarding the STAR IBA Freshmen Weekend, and hereby releases STAR and the committee from any liability.
7. The participant is responsible for arranging, at his or her own cost, all necessary vaccinations required or advised for the destination of the STAR IBA Freshmen Weekend.
8. The participant as obliged to follow the directions as laid out by the committee. In case the participant refuses to do this, XXXX holds the right to exclude the participant from the STAR IBA Freshmen Weekend.
Responsibilities of the Participant. The Participant agrees to: ▪ abide by Participate Australia’s Code of Conduct: ▪ inform Participate Australia about how they wish the supports to be delivered to meet their needs and any changes; ▪ treat all employees and volunteers of Participate Australia, as well as other Participants their carers and other persons making representations on their behalf with courtesy and respect; ▪ talk to Participate Australia if the Participant has any concerns about the supports being provided; ▪ give Participate Australia a minimum 2 clear business days’ notice if the Participant cannot make a scheduled appointment (if the notice is not provided by then, Participate Australia’s cancellation procedure will apply outlined in section 2.12); ▪ give Participate Australia the required notice if the Participant needs to end the Agreement (see ‘Ending this Agreement’ outlined in section 5), and ▪ let Participate Australia know immediately if the Participant has requested a review of their NDIS plan, or if their NDIS plan is suspended, replaced by a new NDIS plan, or if the Participant stops being a Participant in the NDIS.
Responsibilities of the Participant. A. Access Rights
Responsibilities of the Participant. During the term of each Certificate of Coverage issued by ACN, the Planholder shall:
A. Provide accurate information to ACN, through completion of Part I hereof or as otherwise may be requested by ACN, including in the event any information previously provided has changed or is no longer accurate.
B. Assure that all communication links identified to ACN in Part I shall remain open and shall be monitored at all times (24/7 monitoring).
C. Monitor ACN website to determine whether any changes to ACN TV APC have been mandated or approved by the USCG.
D. Pay the fee identified above when and as due.
E. Review ACN TV APC; make it available to all authorized representatives including the Vessel Qualified Individual, all enrolled vessels and the masters and officers of all enrolled vessels; and assure compliance therewith.
F. Review ACN TV APC Operating Procedures; make it available to all authorized representatives including the Vessel Qualified Individual, all enrolled vessels and the masters and officers of all enrolled vessels; and assure compliance therewith.
G. Assure that each vessel for which a ACN Certificate of Coverage is issued is properly maintained, manned and equipped, including navigational aids and communications equipment, such that it can safely navigate and operate within the areas encompassed by ACN TV APC.
H. Maintain a Certificate of Financial Responsibility (COFR).
Responsibilities of the Participant. (a) Any Participant that is a Health Care Provider shall provide, configure, and maintain any and all workstations, internet connections and browser, and other hardware, firmware, and software necessary to reliably and securely connect to the WVHIN’s web-based HIE. The Participant shall ensure measures are in place to prevent the transmission and receipt of malware. The Participant shall maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards with respect to its internal systems to maintain the privacy, security, integrity, and accuracy of its PHI.
(b) The Participant and its Authorized Users shall access the HIE to make a Query for PHI only for Permissible Purposes. Use of any WVHIN services for email spamming or other illegal purposes is strictly prohibited. A Participant must monitor the use of these services by its Authorized Users for appropriate use. The various provisions of this Agreement shall govern the provision and use of these services, as applicable.
(c) Any Participant shall make available PHI to the HIE, including Personal Demographic Information, to enable the Query-Retrieve functionality, the Notification functionality, and other Optional Services provided by the WVHIN.
(d) The Participant agrees and consents to the disclosure of its PHI or Personal Demographic Information to other Participants of the HIE as may be necessary to utilize the WVHIN’s various services, as well as to the HIE as may be necessary to assist in the operation of the HIE, for testing and performance verification, and for investigations relating to compliance with this Agreement and all applicable provisions of federal and state law, including HIPAA, the XXXXXX Xxx, 00 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164, as may be amended, and other any regulations promulgated thereunder.
(e) The Participant shall designate a Point of Contact, who shall serve as the principal contact with the WVHIN under this Agreement, and who shall perform such other duties and responsibilities as outlined elsewhere herein. A Point of Contact may delegate his or her duties and responsibilities under this Agreement to one or more other individuals working under his or her direct supervision. The Point of Contact will validate the Authorized Users at the Participant who can receive information from the HIE necessary to access services. Responsibilities of the Participant. 1. To confirm that it represents an European city that is or was a candidate city for the European Capital of Culture title;
2. To present legal documents proving that that it is an ECoC bidding organisation, an ECoC legacy body, a Municipality or another type of legal entity with a written representation mandate signed by the local public authority;
3. To approve the Culture Next Manifesto as described in Annex 1;
4. To keep their City Information (website profile and internal contact data) up-to-date annually or any time it is necessary;
5. To be actively involved in at least one other Culture Next activity every year;
6. To offer at least 5 accommodation nights in their city for a visiting cultural worker, in the framework of the Culture Next mobility programme, at least once in a term;
7. To submit a feedback form for their Culture Next participation during the term of this agreement;
8. To pay the [annual] participation fee corresponding to the PARTICIPANT’s chosen participation: ATTENDANT, GROUP HOST or CONFERENCE HOST.
9. The PARTICIPANT will sign this agreement as CONFERENCE HOST.
Responsibilities of the Participant. The participant shall: comply with the Experience Provider’s policies and procedures, and with the College’s Honor Code and other applicable College policies; report any serious problems related to the Experience Provider, including safety and personnel problems, to the Coordinator at Connecticut College and the OCE provider; maintain a health insurance policy in effect during the full period of any OCE; and be personally responsible and bear all associated costs for all housing, transportation, study, and other arrangements in connection with the OCE; be personally responsible for any financial liability and obligation which is incurred by the participant for any injury, loss, damage, liability, cost or expense to the person or property of another which is caused or contributed to by the participant during the OCE. RESPONSIBILITIES OF CONNECTICUT COLLEGE. Connecticut College shall: provide course/program information and objectives, and ensure that each participant meets academic and/or other qualifications that are consistent with the objectives and requirements of Connecticut College’s program; make reasonable efforts to ensure that each participant is aware of and has a responsibility to abide by the participant’s responsibilities outlined in this agreement; make reasonable efforts to ensure that the participant fulfills their responsibilities during the dates specified unless modified by the Experience Provider and Connecticut College. This includes instructing each participant about the consequences of not completing the OCE. provide an administrative framework to supervise participants; ensure that for each OCE, the Coordinator of Connecticut College (i) maintains ongoing contacts with the participants and the Experience Provider, (ii) discusses the specifics and expectations of the OCE with the participant and the Experience Provider, (iii) monitors the participant’s progress with the participant and the Experience Provider, and (iv) advises the participant relative to a program of study related to the OCE; and provide liability insurance to cover damage or harm caused by the participant in the amount of $1,000,000 per person, per occurrence, $3,000,000 in the aggregate. Responsibilities of the Participant. The Participant and/or Parent / Xxxxx agrees to Provide the Provider with a copy of the Participant’s NDIS plan; Inform the Provider about how they wish the supports to be delivered to best meet the Participant’s needs. Provide the Provider with any plans and / or assessments necessary to deliver safe and quality services. Treat the Provider staff with respect and courtesy. Ensure that home visits are safe to visit. Any concerns with potential safety risks must be highlighted in the Home Visit Risk Assessment prior to visitation. Discuss any concerns about supports (real or potential) being provided. Seek medical review as directed by the Provider or if concerned. This is included but not limited to, seeking medical reviews for faecal impaction or potential infection, seeking medical reviews for prescribing aperients or antibiotics, seeking medical review or emergency presentation should medical procedures require additional assistance or when care is beyond nursing scope of practice, etc. Be aware of their right as a Participant or a representative of the Participant, to access the policies and procedures of the Provider. Ensure 24 hours’ notice is provided should an appointment require cancellation or rescheduling otherwise full fees will be incurred. Ensure seven days’ notice is provided should the Participant and/or Parent / Carer wish to end the Service Agreement with the Provider otherwise full fees will be incurred. Ensure sufficient funds are available within the allocated NDIS funding to pay for the supports offered by the Provider within seven days of the invoice date. Notify the Provider if the Participant’s NDIS plan is suspended, replaced by a new NDIS plan or if the Participant stops being a Participant in the NDIS
Responsibilities of the Participant. A. Participant will notify Galileo International which of the purposes outlined in Clause 1 of this Schedule it desires to make available to Galileo International Subscribers.
B. Participant will limit the activity of Galileo International Subscribers in Participant's System to facilitate one or more of such purposes only.
C. Subject to Clauses 3A and 2C of this Schedule, Participant is solely responsible for limiting within Participant's System access to and the creation and/or amendment of PNRs. Participant will make any changes to Participant's System necessary to implement Drop Through - Limited Access.
