Rotating Schedule. A rotating work week is defined as the standard work week above, with the understanding that the two (2) consecutive days off may vary from week to week and may not necessarily be consecutive. The Employer will endeavor to provide two consecutive days off wherever possible, however, the Employer shall provide a minimum of one day off after six consecutive days of work or two consecutive days off after 12 consecutive days of work. Shift start times may vary from day to day. In situations where employees have requested a schedule change, days off may not be consecutive. The sixth (6th) day of work will be paid at a rate of one and one half times (1.5x).
Rotating Schedule a. The school day shall have eight (8) rotating sets, six (6) of the eight (8) sets meeting each day.
b. Each teacher shall have a minimum of six (6) preparation periods within the four (4) day cycle, with the exception of physical education teachers who will have a minimum of one (1) preparation period per day. No teacher shall be assigned more than six (6) sets in the eight 8 set cycle without a teacher’s consent.
c. Duties assigned during an extra assignment set shall be equitably distributed among all teachers.
d. If a teacher agrees to accept or is assigned a seventh assignment set, that teacher shall be compensated at the rate of an additional one-sixth of his/her annual salary.
e. A teacher shall not have more than three (3) teaching preparations except in cases of extenuating circumstances. Any teacher with more than three (3) teaching preparations will be assigned as few extra duties as possible.
f. Each teacher shall have one (1) duty free lunch period as long as the students’ lunch period but not less than 30 minutes in length.
Rotating Schedule. Full‐time carriers assigned to the Altadena Post Office shall work a rotating schedule. Non‐scheduled days shall advance one day each week. When Friday is the non‐scheduled work day for the week, Saturday shall be the non‐scheduled day for the following week.
Rotating Schedule. A. All full-time carriers in the Sunland Post Office shall be on a rotating day off schedule. When Friday is the non-scheduled day for the week, Saturday shall be the non-scheduled day for the following week.
Rotating Schedule. All letter carriers in the La Canada Post Office will have rotating days off. When Friday is a non- scheduled work day for the week, Saturday shall be the non-scheduled day for the next week.
Rotating Schedule. A. All carriers in the Tujunga Post Office shall be on a rotating day off schedule.
B. Mutual trades of scheduled non-work days between carriers within the same T-6 string shall be granted if mutually agreed upon between the carriers concerned and the supervisor in charge with Union approval. A request for this trade must be submitted in writing to the supervisor in charge and the letter carrier craft shop xxxxxxx.
Rotating Schedule. All full‐time letter carriers assigned to the Sierra Madre Post Office shall have a rotating non‐scheduled day. Non‐scheduled days shall advance one day each week. When Friday is the non‐scheduled work day for the week, Saturday shall be the non‐scheduled day for the following week.
Rotating Schedule. Parent understands and agrees that by enrolling a Student in a Rotating Schedule, Parent must schedule Student’s attendance in advance by providing Hearts in Hand with at least 72 hour notice. Parent may enroll each Student for a Rotating Schedule up to 60 days in advance. Parent agrees that he or she must provide Hearts in Hand with at least 48 hours prior notice in order to receive a credit to the Student’s account for an unused scheduled day. Hearts in Hand does not guarantee availability for Students enrolled in a Rotating Schedule and has no obligation to reserve a spot or otherwise provide care on the requested dates.
Rotating Schedule. Parents will not be able to change their child’s scheduled days from week to week, or accumulate (“bank”) missed days to be made up later.
