Salary - A. Effective from 1 April 2022 (the “Salary Increase Date”), the Employee’s Monthly Salary shall be as follows: i. Base Salary shall be NIS 74,800 (gross) ii. Global Overtime Pay shall be NIS 18,700 (gross) iii. Monthly Salary (Base + Global Overtime Pay) shall be NIS 93,500 (gross) 2. Bonus a. The applicable Bonus for the 2022 calendar year shall be as follows: i. The maximum Annual Bonus shall be NIS 841,500 (gross). ii. The maximum Annual Additional Stretch Bonus shall be NIS 315,563 (gross) b. The Employee’s entitlement to the Annual Bonus and Additional Stretch Bonus shall be determined, for each calendar year, on the basis of the attainment of certain financial and operational metrics set by Kaltura Inc.’s board of directors or its compensation committee. c. As of January 1, 2022 the Employee’s Monthly Bonus Amount shall be NIS 49,088 (gross) (i.e., the equivalent of 70% of the pro-rated Annual Bonus) on account of the Annual Bonus (section 2.a.i above).
Salary - A. A. CLASSIFICATION To be employed as a substitute teacher in the Madison Metropolitan School District such individual must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree. Upon being notified of their employment in the Madison Metropolitan School District as a substitute teacher and prior to being assigned, said substitute teacher shall file with the Director of Department of Human Resources a copy of their teacher certification or evidence of certifiability.

Travel allowance will be paid as follows. 1) Employee shall submit a business trip request form at least one day before business trip and be self-proven to receive travel allowance unless the trip is an accidental event. 2) Approved accommodation charge shall be 12,000 yen. 3) Daily allowance shall be 6,000 yen per day. 4) In cases where Employee stays at an accommodation whose charge exceeds the approved accommodation charge, actual expenses will be paid only if Employee stays with President or business partners. 5) Accommodation charges will be paid if Employee stays the day before or after events for the convenience of traveling or preparation. 6) Daily allowance is paid when Employee attends Acube events or events held by business partners, memorial services of employees and business partners, and other important duties in Tokyo and the 3 neighboring prefectures 7) Travel allowance will be paid but not daily allowance when Employee attends in-house and external training, in-house events, events held by business partners, wedding receptions of employees and business partners, and the duties to pursue these events.

  • Salary and Bonus ii. Awards of stock, stock options, and stock appreciation rights. Use the dollar amount recognized for financial statement reporting purposes with respect to the fiscal year in accordance with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 123 (Revised 2004) (FAS 123R), Shared Based Payments.

  • Base Salary and Bonus As compensation for the Executive's services under this Agreement, the Executive shall receive and the Company shall pay a weekly base salary set forth on Exhibit A. Such base salary may be increased but not decreased during the Term or Renewal Period in the Company's discretion based upon the Executive's performance and any other factors the Company deems relevant. Such base salary shall be payable in accordance with the policy then prevailing for the Company's executives. In addition to such base salary, the Executive shall be entitled during the Term or Renewal Period to a performance bonus set forth on Exhibit A and to participate in and receive payments from, at the Company's election, other bonus and other incentive compensation plans, if any, as may be adopted by the Company.

  • Base Salary and Incentive Compensation Executive’s initial annual base salary shall be three hundred nine thousand dollars ($309,000). Executive’s base salary shall be redetermined annually by the Board or a Committee thereof. The base salary in effect at any given time is referred to herein as “Base Salary.” The Base Salary shall be payable in substantially equal installments on a bi-weekly or more frequent basis. In addition to Base Salary, Executive shall be eligible to receive cash incentive compensation as determined by the Board or a Committee thereof from time to time, and shall also be eligible to participate in such incentive compensation plans as the Board or a Committee thereof shall determine from time to time for employees of the same status within the hierarchy of the Company.

  • Salary; Bonus Executive will receive a salary during the Term of One Hundred and Seventy Thousand ($170,000) per year (“Base Compensation”), pro-rated for partial years, payable at regular intervals in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll practices in effect from time to time. Executive’s Base Compensation will be reviewed annually by the Company’s Board of Directors and Executive will be eligible for consideration for merit-based increases to Base Compensation as determined by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion. In addition to eligibility for consideration of merit-based increases in the discretion of the Board of Directors, Executive’s Base Compensation will be increased effective January 1 of each year during the Term (commencing with January 1, 2017) by three percent (3%) to reflect anticipated increases in cost of living.

  • Salary Adjustment The salary of an employee returning from uncompensated leave shall be adjusted to reflect all non-discretionary increases distributed during the period of leave. While on such leave, an employee shall be eligible to participate in any special salary incentive programs.

  • Base Compensation a. The Company and the Bank agree to pay Executive during the term of this Agreement a base salary at the rate of $ per year, payable in accordance with customary payroll practices.
