Subd.2 is reached those employees who do not utilize any more than twenty-four (24) sick leave or ESST hours in a fiscal year will be paid a bonusan incentive equivalent to thirty- two hours of pay at their regular rate. The payment will be made on the second pay period after the start of the following fiscal year. If the six days or less of sick leave are taken because of death in the immediate family within the same fiscal year the employee will still qualify for the bonus payment. If Article IX.

The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all custodians, maintenance, bus drivers, bus mechanics, paraprofessionals, library assistants, student services, clerical employees and kitchen help, excluding supervisors, confidential employees and all other employees.

This Contract shall become effective upon ratification and shall continue in effect until 11:59 pm, on the last day of the current Contract June 19, 2022 2025, and year to year thereafter, unless written notice is given by either party sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date (June 19, 2022 2025) that it is desires to terminate or modify the provisions of this Contract. If DOE Contract No. DE-EM0004895 is extended beyond June 19, 2022 2025, this Contract will automatically be extended until the end of the DOE contract. However, the Company agrees, upon notice and request from the Union, if notified sixty (60) days prior to June 19, 2022 2025, or in any year thereafter should notification not be given per the paragraph above, to reopen negotiations over the subject of wages only, unless mutually agreed to negotiate over other subjects. If agreement cannot be reached by June 19, 2022 2025, either Party will have the right to terminate the Agreement with five (5) working days’ notice. All other provisions of the contract shall remain enforceable and effective during any extension period and through the termination of the contract, unless otherwise modified as provided herein.
Section1. 2 of the Credit Agreement is amended by adding clause(i) as follows:
(i) Definitions contained in SupplementNo. 1 hereto are hereby incorporated as part of Section1.1 hereof.
Section1. 2. “Advance Date” shall mean the date Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP Escrow Account is in receipt of the funds from the Investor and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP, as the Investor’s Counsel, is in possession of free trading Ordinary Shares from the Company and therefore an Advance by the Investor to the Company can be made and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP can release the free trading Ordinary Shares to the Investor. No Advance Date shall be less than six (6) Trading Days after an Advance Notice Date.
Section1. All available openings, which are not filled by the recall of an employee on lay-off, shall be posted in a conspicuous place for a period of seven (7) workdays. Such posting will list the classification, rate of pay, duties, hours of work, and the minimum educational and experience requirements of the open position. Employees who wish to be considered for such jobs shall submit a bid, in writing, to the DPW Director within the seven (7) day period.
