SECURITY AND SUPERVISION. The District is authorized to require appropriate security and supervision of all activities held in District facilities. District will retain the security alarm system at the Premises. Facility User agrees to cooperate with District in maintaining and responding to said security system.

SECURITY AND SUPERVISION. Digital storage areas are treated like school lockers. District network administrators may review files and communications to maintain system integrity and to ensure responsible use. Users should not expect that files and communications stored on District servers are private. Technology resources, including bandwidth, file space, and printers are for educational purposes.
SECURITY AND SUPERVISION. The VILLAGE shall provide proper supervision and security of the DEMISED AREA at all times during the VILLAGE’s Period of Use as further outlined in Article V of this Agreement.
SECURITY AND SUPERVISION. 1. Security is required when alcohol or music (live band, DJ, instrumental, etc.) is included at the function. A personal radio or boom box is excluded from the definition of music. 2. Security shall be provided by a private security company agency approved by the City. Applicant shall be responsible for procuring and paying for said security officers. Security officers are required to remain at the City facility one-half hour longer than the event to ensure the premises are cleared and secured. 3. Applicant is solely responsible for supervising all individuals at the City facility and adjoining property during the event. The City is not responsible for providing this supervision. 4. When alcohol is served, there shall be at least one security guard present at the facility at all times. The guards must arrive 30 minutes before guest arrival time and remain until the contract end time. The parking lot must be monitored every 30 minutes. The security guards shall have the authority to enforce all rules and regulations governing facility rentals. In the event that the Police are called, the cost of their services shall be deducted from the Applicant’s security deposit. The Applicant will be billed for any costs exceeding the security deposit.
SECURITY AND SUPERVISION. 24. All use of force, including the use of chemical agents (e.g., pepper spray), shall be adequately documented. Adequate documentation includes the use of incident reports and summaries. All weapons will be kept in the custody of supervisors, carefully inventoried and monitored for unauthorized usage, and will not be distributed without documentation. Weapon inventories will be tracked and monitored to identify inappropriate or excessive use of force by officers. Each use of force shall be reviewed by Jail supervisors, and staff will be disciplined for violations of use of force policies. The City/County shall identify all known persons for whom chemical agents pose a danger to health, and chemical agents shall not be targeted at such persons. Persons subjected to chemical agents shall be afforded the opportunity to cleanse themselves of the chemical agent and shall be provided with prompt medical attention, if necessary. As part of the training process, staff shall be instructed on de-escalation techniques and use of force rules. Jail policies and procedures shall establish clear standards governing use of force. These standards shall be based on relevant law and professional practice. The amount of force used must be proportionate given the situation faced by an officer, and escalations in force levels must be appropriate. 25. The City/County no later than July 1, 1999 shall hire and retain or budget for staff to adequately supervise and operate all Jail facilities (old and new). Positions budgeted for shall be filled in a timely manner. Corrections staffing shall be sufficient to carry out the terms of this Agreement and minimum requirements shall include the following: a) The City/County shall ensure that there is always at least one officer present, at all times, on every jail housing floor. Thus, at least one officer shall be present at all times on each floor of the "new jail," at the officers' post in the "stockade," and on each floor of the "old jail." b) The City/County shall also provide sufficient staff to ensure adequate backup in the event of emergencies, to transport inmates to the medical unit and sick call, and to provide adequate inmate exercise. c) Rounds will be conducted at least once every half hour at irregular intervals (e.g., 20, 25, 30, 15 minutes), and shall include a logged, visual inspection of all housing areas.
SECURITY AND SUPERVISION. 3.1 The Contractor will provide the Library with a list of names of persons who will be performing custodial services in advance of such persons performing services. The Contractor will ensure that only authorized custodial persons shall be allowed on the premises during its performance of this agreement. 3.2 The Library shall provide the Contractor with a key(s) to the facility to be cleaned. The Contractor shall be responsible for the security of the key(s). The key(s) may not be duplicated. In the event that the key(s) is lost or stolen, the Contractor shall notify the Library immediately and shall be responsible for the cost to re-key the facility, if necessary. 3.3 The contractor will provide regular direct supervision of all persons employed in the work of this contract. Contractor will specify in Exhibit B the number of hours per week and the time and days per week when direct supervision will occur. The contractor will be responsible for any coordination of instructions between the Branch Manager and the cleaning staff. 3.4 The Contractor will oversee to insure that authorized custodial persons are in the building after open hours for cleaning purposes only, and that no Library equipment is used without preauthorization from Library Management.

Such security and supervision shall include ensuring that the Centre’s Rules and Procedures are adhered to and that any annoyance and nuisance to neighbours is kept to a minimum. The Minister does not warrant the behaviour of Asylum Seekers / Refugees and cannot be held responsible for their behaviour in any circumstances. The Contractor shall take all reasonable supervision measures as may be necessary to ensure, insofar as is possible, that the behaviour of Asylum Seekers / Refugees resident in the Centre will not cause any annoyance, harm, or other disturbance to any other persons in the Centre. In this regard the Minister shall provide the contractor with any relevant information which s/he is enabled to provide.
