Site Stability. 4.01 The Parties acknowledge this Agreement is designed to achieve labour relations stability on the Work Site. It is a violation of this Agreement for any of the Parties to do anything to harm, delay, or otherwise impede construction of the Site C Clean Energy Project including a failure to adequately understand and follow safety rules and procedures applicable to the Work Site. Any individual acting in violation of this Article may be subject to immediate removal from the Work Site if there is an emergent safety or emergency situation arising from such behaviour. Any removal from the Work Site is subject to the grievance procedure contained in this Agreement.

Site Stability. 4.00 The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is intended to achieve labour relations stability on the Project. It is a violation of this Agreement for any of the Parties, the Employers or their respective Employees or members to do anything to harm, delay, or otherwise impede the performance of the Capital Works or the construction of the Project. Any individual(s) engaging in such conduct shall be subject to immediate removal from the Project Site and discipline in accordance with the applicable Agreement-Based LOUs.
Site Stability. For sites that require geotechnical or hydrological consultants, the professional engineers of record must be consulted by the landscaper or environmental professional to ensure surface treatments will not compromise the integrity of the site.

It is a violation of this MOU for any of the Parties, International Unions, Employees, or Local Union members to do anything to harm, delay, or otherwise impede construction of the Project. Any individual(s) engaging in such conduct may be subject to immediate removal from the Project and any of the Parties involved in, or responsible, for such conduct may be held liable for any and all financial or other losses resulting from such a violation.

Related to Site Stability

  • Site Safety Buyer shall comply with all federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards applicable to the Site and to the Equipment on which Siemens will perform the Services. Siemens shall not be obligated to commence or perform Services unless Buyer’s Site complies with all applicable safety requirements. In the event Buyer’s Site safety is non- compliant, Siemens may suspend the Services until such time as Buyer corrects the non-compliance. To the extent Siemens incurs additional time and expense as the result of Buyer’s non-compliance, Siemens shall be entitled to an equitable adjustment in the schedule, price and other affected provisions of the Agreement.

  • Fire Fighting Costs of operating and maintaining the fire-fighting equipments and personnel, if any.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Constructability Review Prepare detailed interdisciplinary constructability review within Fourteen (14) days of receipt of the plans from the District that:

  • Staging In addition to the staging categories listed in paragraph 1 of Annex 2-A, this Schedule contains staging categories 20-A, 20-B, PR-1 and PR-130:

  • Screening 3.13.1 Refuse containers located outside the building shall be fully screened from adjacent properties and from streets by means of opaque fencing or masonry walls with suitable landscaping.

  • Study Area The study area focused on the Bulk Power System in South-Eastern New York between Albany and New York City, and voltages underlying systems at 115 kV and above in the lower Xxxxxx Valley (Zones G, H & I). In the PSS™E power flow base case provided by NYISO, facilities rated at 115 kV and above in PSS™E designated areas 6 through 11 are monitored in the study.   • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.
