Supplier acknowledges that it is knowledgeable about such laws, regulations, and HP requirements and agrees to comply with same.

17.2 Each Seller's site is responsible for determining the appropriate country of origin ("CO") for the product(s) it manufactures/assembles for HP and for marking these products in accordance with the requirements set out in HP Trade's Regional Import/Export Guidelines for Alliance/OEM Partners (Exhibit I). Further, each site must cooperate fully with Buyer in supplying data to facilitate Buyer's origin reporting requirements and qualification for preferential origin programs such as NAFTA, IFTA, FMF, EXIM and the like including, but not limited to, all requested origin analysis, certificates of origin, manufacturer's affidavits, data (eg. EDI) transmissions, and special reporting.
17.3 The following Trade data elements must be printed on each and every commercial invoice and must be returned to Buyer via the standard electronic/EDI Shipping Confirmation signal: - Country of Origin (line item level) - HTS Classification (line item level) - ECCN (line item level) - License (line item level) - Destination Control Statement Further, Seller must maintain, and reproduce upon demand, all documentation relating to the international transport of Products or Spares for a period of not less than six calendar years from the date of each shipment. All such record keeping system will comport with the legal requirements of the U.S. and other nations including, but not limited to, requirements set out in Parts 762 and 772, U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations and the U.S. Customs Record-Keeping Regulations, 19 C.F.R. 163. Trade Requirements. 6.10.1 An employee required to hold more than one (1) trades qualification as recognized by the Ministry of Labor shall receive five (5) percent over the regular rate for each extra trade required.
6.10.2 Any annual fees necessary to maintain required trades certification or endorsements shall be paid in full by the Board.

Bargaining unit employees may work up to, as a result of a shift trade, (16) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period, excluding meal periods, and must allow seven (7) hours of rest between shifts following back to back shifts. NOTE: Management may disapprove such trade for any bargaining unit employe e where Management believes that the bargaining unit employee’s effectiveness, safety, or job performance would be adversely affected.
d. Bargaining unit employees are not permitted to reduce their scheduled work hours by more than a net forty (40) percent of their regularly scheduled work hours each fiscal quarter (i.e., October through December, January through March, April through June, July through September) as the result of one-way shift trades.
e. Bargaining unit employees may not trade an approved trade. Once management approves a shift trade request, modifications to the shift trade are not permitted. If affected employees want to change the approved shift trade, they must cancel the approved shift trade and submit a new shift trade request consistent with the requirements of this Article.

Trade Requirements. The exhibitor undertakes to trade and serve its customers within the stipulations and requirements of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 and/or any regulations in terms thereof. Any exhibitor not adhering to this act and regulations and guilty of poor service, late deliveries, no deliveries of products or services, may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the CAS, not be considered for future rental of exhibition space at the annual Bloemshow.
