Uses of Accumulated Sick Leave. The District maintains a paid personal leave program for members of the unit. The following paid leaves shall be charged against the employee's accumulated sick leave and shall be granted for the following reasons:

Uses of Accumulated Sick Leave. Accumulated sick leave may be used for personal illness, family illness, and for bereavement. Family illness is illness of a parent, spouse, child or step-child.
Uses of Accumulated Sick Leave. Accumulated sick leave may be used for personal illness and for bereavement. A maximum of 45 days of sick leave per year may be used for family illness. Family illness is illness of a parent, spouse/domestic partner, or child. The term “domestic partner” shall be defined in accordance with the New York State Public Health Law Section 2961, as amended from time to time.

  • Accumulated Sick Leave ‌ The Employer shall inform all employees at least once each year of the number of sick days accumulated and shall make the information available to an employee on request.

  • Sick Leave Accumulation Employees shall be credited with sick leave at the rate of 8 (eight) days per year. The maximum number of days that employees may accrue is as follows: 2020-2023 60 days Sick days are non-compensable at the time of termination of employment.

  • Sick Leave Entitlement (a) Regular Full-Time Employees shall earn one and one-half (1 1/2) days per month, upon successful completion of the probationary period, to be paid during Sick Leave, cumulative to a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) days. To be eligible for Sick Leave accumulation, Employees must work a minimum of ten (10) days per month.
