Vacation Entitlement - Full-Time Employees. A Full-Time employee that is hired after the commencement of a vacation year will receive a pro-rated portion of ten (10) days (75 hours) of vacation during their first partial vacation year.

Vacation Entitlement - Full-Time Employees. The vacation year shall be January 1 to December 31. All full-time regular employees shall receive a paid vacation in accordance with the following entitlements:
Vacation Entitlement - Full-Time Employees. Full time employees shall accumulate annual vacation in accordance with the following: (a) less than three (3) years of service - four percent (4%) of pay credited as vacation pay; (b) three (3) years of service but less than ten (10) years of service - six percent (6%) of pay credited as vacation pay; (c) ten (10) years of service or more - eight percent (8%) of pay credited as vacation pay.
Vacation Entitlement - Full-Time Employees. (a) During each year of continuous service in the employ of the Employer, a full-time employee shall earn entitlement to a vacation with pay. (b) Such earned vacation entitlement can be taken on a "use as accrued" basis, or in the first calendar year of employment, vacation earned by the employee may be taken in the 2nd year and so on. (c) The rate at which such entitlement is earned shall be as follows: i) during the first (1st) to fifth (5th) years of employment, an employee earns a vacation of one-hundred-sixteen-and- one-quarter (116.25) paid hours; ii) during the sixth (6th) to fourteenth (14th) year of employment, an employee earns a vacation of one- hundred-fifty-five (155) paid hours; iii) during the fifteenth (15th) and subsequent years of employment, an employee earns a vacation of one- hundred-ninety-three-and-three-quarter (193.75) paid hours.

Vacation Entitlement - Full-Time Employees. The Employer will provide full-time employees with vacation pay as follows: (a) Employees who have completed their probationary period as of June 30th will be granted one (l) day's vacation for each month of service to a maximum of ten (l0) days. Vacation pay for such employees will be four percent (4%) of gross earnings during the vacation year. (b) Employees with one (l) year of continuous service on or before June 30th of the current year shall receive two (2) weeks vacation. Vacation pay for such employees will be four percent (4%) of gross earnings for the vacation year. (c) Employees with four (4) completed years of continuous service on or before June 30th of the current year shall accrue three (3) weeks vacation. Vacation pay for such employees will be six percent (6%) of gross earnings for the vacation year. Effective January 1, 2007, employees with three (3) completed years of continuous service on or before June 30th of the current year shall accrue three (3) weeks vacation. Vacation pay for such employees will be six percent (6%) of gross earnings for the vacation year.
Vacation Entitlement - Full-Time Employees. Vacation leave shall be earned and granted to all full-time employees who have passed probation at the following rates: (a) Upon hiring, all employees on the regular payroll shall be entitled to an annual vacation of fifteen (15) days with pay, accumulated at the rate of one and one-quarter working days for each month worked. (b) After five (5) years of continuous service, all employees shall be entitled to an annual vacation of twenty (20) working days accumulated at the rate of one and two -thirds working days for each month worked. (c) After seventeen (17) years of continuous service, all employees shall be entitled to an annual vacation of twenty-five (25) working days accumulated at the rate of two and one-twelfth (2 1/12) working days for each month worked. (d) After twenty-five (25) years of continuous service, all employees shall be entitled to an annual vacation of thirty (30) working days accumulated at the rate of two and one-half (2 1/2) working days for each month worked.

  • Vacation Entitlement i) A transferring employee will accrue vacation in accordance with the collective agreement of the designated employer. ii) A transferring employee will have pre-approved vacation requests honoured. iii) Vacation entitlement not used by the employee at the time of transfer shall transfer with the employee to the designated employer, if applicable. iv) Vacation scheduling will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the practice of the designated employer.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.
